This is a smaller store so they dont have the largest product selection, just what I would call core lines and best sellers. The customer service there more than balances out this shortcoming. The associate named Genisis is probably one of the kindest, sweetest, most knowledgeable associates youll deal with in a Sephora. Bonus= she is terrific in shadematching WOC!!

Poor customer service on more than one occasion. They dont even acknowledge me when I walk in. Im here now. Walked in and out twice and Genisis said nothing. Wont be back. I rather go downtown or to the new one coming to River Oaks.

Love it! Love it! Love it! I went there today for a mini makeover. Genisis was very nice and helpful. Will make this location to my default on the days she works.
