My sister and I made an appointment with MAC, because we wanted to look nice for our friends wedding. When we got there they told us they couldnt find our name in the system and we never booked an appointment with them. Then they told us to come back later since we had to do a walk in. Once we came back 30 mins later, they told us that they cant do both of our makeup because they dont take walk in past 6pm. I told my sister to get her makeup done instead of me, because I was already upset with them. The lady with pink hair asked my sister how she wanted her makeup done & what colors. My sister told them what she wanted..but the lady who was helping her picked some crazy neon colors which my sister told her she didnt like it. The makeup artist gave my sister an attitude and told her to pick her own colors. Honestly, it was deff not worth our time and money getting her makeup done. They were really rude towards us and the lady who was doing my sisters makeup was giving her an attitude just because my sister told she didnt like the colors she chose to do for her eyes. Im never coming back here, because Ive been to other MAC locations esp at Macys and the people there are really nice. The makeup artist at this location are really obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional.

Took my sister to come get her make up done for her 22nd birthday and I regret it! The manager there was so rude and spoke to us like we were very ignorant. We both are highly educated young women! And are still progressing our education. She was rude to my sister while picking out lipstick as if my sister was being a bother by picking out lipstick. She was forcing us to stay in one spot of the store to keep an eye on us. And once I spoke about it out loud she tried to change up her demeanor! Thats still unacceptable! i recommend not going to them as a first option, but definitely as a last option. Go to the actual MAC store or go to nordstroms which are both at the Oak Brook mall as well. However the MUAs was wonderful and very helpful! One young lady actually stopped helping one guest to help us after she saw how upset we were. They are the only ones that actually made me change my rating from "hated it" to "its okay".

AWFUL staff member there! I will NEVER shop at this store here because of the one person. Made me feel really crappy along with the two girls. You dont ever tell a customer to do something themselves while asking for help while a parent is there! Shame on you! I also dont think crossing your arms and giving attitude to a very long customer was the right thing to do either. I have called customer service and commented on social media!

Had my first Mac experience and Megan walked me every step of the way. She was very friendly and was able to multi task between me and like three other customers. I was able to find the perfect nude for my lips and the perfect pencil for my beginner fingers... This will definitely be my new store.

Makeup products are sufficient. I went there to get a foundation for my skin. I was waiting for the makeup artist to stop talking on the phone to help me pick out what foundation I should wear. She said wait a minute. I waited for over a minute then I left.
