Ive been to many different Sephora locations and this one is by far the worst! The staff are very unfriendly and are not helpful at all. I was in the store for 15 minutes and had an employee walk by me 6 times and never once said hi or asked if I needed help. When I found someone else to help me, she was too busy playing with labels and said she didnt work that department, so shed call someone to help me. I was obviously bothering the employee that she called, because when she came up to me, she didnt say hi, how are you, my name is so and so, just "you the one that needs help!" I decided to bite my tongue and asked her about the highlighter I was interested in. She couldnt give me any good answers and kept asking me anything else? Like I was keeping her from something else! The checkout experience wasnt any better. I vow never to shop at this location again!

Was last night for make up treatmant! JEN was my make up artist! She has no clue for what she is doing! Horrible .... I didnt like the shape of my eyebrows that she already draw them, she asked for a different girl to help, GIGI she was very nice! Anyway Jen had bad breathe and she just has no clue! Plus was my birthday party imagine in the last minute to go home take the whole Make up off and start from begining! Bad attitude since i said to her that im not happy with my eyebrows! Very bad attitude !!!! PLEASE PLeASE dont do make up with her ! She needs to change the job! Horrible horribleeeeeeee omg i cant describe ! Wish i had a picture , but i didnt cuz i started taking off the make Up while i was driving back to home

This store gets 2 stars only because of its AMAZING and I mean AMAZING lay out and products. However the staff, Is very Rude. They ignore you if your not dressed up, They act like they cant be bothered to help you, and some of them have no idea how to match products to your skin tone. I worked at whole foods and we sold makeup there it isnt very hard to match up peoples skin tones. ANYWAY I love the products of the store. I had one good experience with the staff and funny enough it was with a girl who a week earlier completely ignored me. I think if they had better service this would be an amazing place. only come in here if you know what you want. If you need help i suggest u find somewhere els to go.

Ive been in many Sephoras before, never have I had such bad experience going in there. The employees obviously didnt care. Didnt ask if I needed help all just stood in the front talking to eachother. Needed help finding an eyebrow pencil but just left because they werent doing there job right. Normally I love Sephora and have great experiences there but I will say this is one of the worst ones I have ever been to and will make sure everyone knows of my family friends and clients. Never again. Also a manager Im pretty sure was even standing in the front didnt say anything to me other then hi when I first walked in. Very disappointed oakbrook is a great mall and good area but wont be returning.

First time visiting this Sephora and i had an awesome experience. Walked in having questions about face moisturizers, since i have rosacea and sensitive skin i needed a lot of help. Everyone was so nice, helpfull and listening to my needs and questions about their products. They gaved me a couple samples to go home with and i was so happy and relieved that i wasnt pushed into buying something i wasnt sure i needed just yet. I will be comming back to make a final purchased. Thanks Sephora for having great employees who listen and show they care.

Absolutely love this department! Girls who work in this store are super kind and sweet to their customers, very knowledgeable! One of the workers saved my dry lips that had been suffering for almost 2 months (they had been dry and cracking). She advised me the Sephora brand lip scrub with honey that made my lips super-soft in couple uses! Very lovely workers and good music!
