This is the worst Sephora ever. Im usually a very patient and understanding person. But this past Monday the service was soooooooooo horrible. The girl at the counter was helping Check someone out. There was another employee there just fixing things by the register. I asked her to if she could check me out she SD oh the girl at the counter can. And she continued to "fix" things. I waited than asked again and she just gave me a dirty look and didnt help. I waited a bit longer and no help it was even busy there was no line what so ever. Worst attitude worst service. Never coming back. Express had crazy lines I waited there 30 minstrel and the girl at the counter was wayyyy more nicer than the girls at sephora. Worst experience ever.

I have never waited in line so long before. Horrible customer service. They didnt acknowledge or apologize to the customers that were waiting for 30 minutes. I will never shop at this Sephora again, even if it is conveniently located in JCP
