I went in to Sephora, on my birthday, with the intent of someone helping me find several makeup items. There were several people in the store, but most the employees were just standing around, not doing anything at all. I asked someone to help me match my foundation and help me get started on picking my items, but she told me they were far too busy to help me today. That I could make an appointment and come back. I explained that I wasnt aware of this rule, I just needed help finding foundation, to which she rolled her eyes, brought me to a machine and it told me my color and one option for foundation. Out of the millions they have. She didnt offer to put it on to color match it to my face or anything of the sort. I asked for a small sample to bring home so I could see for myself. Once again, with attitude, she did so. I walked out, frustrated and insulted. Im a VIB member and wasnt cared for at all. The color and the foundation, are completely wrong, after trying at home I figured it out myself. I went to Nordstrom where they were more than willing to drop eveyrhing to help me find my makeup. Honestly, these girls know about as much as I do that are working here and are certainly not better than me, which is what was proposed. If you want someone to generally help and care, I suggest going elsewhere.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at the Sephora in Green Hills. They are always friendly and so nice. Last time i went in they showered me with samples and i didnt even buy anything, they were still nice and helpful and understanding to the fact that i was not going to make a purchase that day. Ive had sales ladies at makeup counters in other stores literally walk away from me instantly when they found out i wasnt going to make a purchase so it was refreshing to find that level of customer service at Sephora. Ive had Sephora artists do my makeup for a company event and it was lovely, Ive had them give me skin care advice that was great- i ended up going to a dermatologist afterwards and he told me the same things the skincare consultant told me- i went back and purchased a Clarisonic and vitamin C serums and my skin is looking great. I couldnt be happier with the service i get at Sephora, every time i go in, it is lovely.

Every single time I walk into this store I feel like Im a bother to the staff here. I have never once been greeted, asked if I needed help or thanked after I made a purchase and was walking out the door. You have to search for someone to ask a question to, which they usually dont know the answer to and just guess. I have actually walked out of the store after making a purchase and had the associates at the door glare at me! No, "thanks for coming in today" or "glad you found something you liked." Every other Sephora I have been in has been wonderful-Atlanta, New York-Great! Apparently the girls of the Green Hills mall Sephora are better than us all...

First service girl that helped me, WAS GREAT. But after wards, they ignored me like I was a plague, but DEFINITELY watched me from a distance. Asked a woman from help, and she got an attitude! Excuse me? I wasnt dressed me best, or any type of makeup, and they tend to think youre not worthy if you dont look up to par to shop there. Picked up items, in the checkout, cashier looked at me as if I was about to steal it. Wow. Im sure they were all surprised when I bought 23$ Kat Von Dee lipstick and a 16$ primer. Will probably stick to Ulta. At least those girls are selling something worth buying.

Will not be returning to this store ever again. If I didnt need this specific product for an interview the following day, I would have left then and there. The sales woman didnt even spare me a glance when I asked for her help. She then gave me a disgusted look once I called her over about six times and her co worker caught her attention. The entire time I was talking to her she was giving me a once over and had a very rude attitude. She dismissed me soon after as though I wasnt worth her time. Dont waste your time or money here.

Judgemental girl greeted me at the front door. She gave me a full once over twice and stared at my shoes. It was ridiculous. I was dressed average for the store, so it was unclear to me what she found so interesting. She on the other hand had slicked back mouse brown hair, over drawn eyebrows, thick white foundation, and some hasty grey eyeshadow. Not exactly explemplary for a cosmetics store. They NEED better workers here. But I guess for nine dollars an hour thats the best they could do?

Racist. Me and my friend walked in, werent greeted (thats fine though), and asked a sales associate about getting matched for foundation. She was pulled over within earshot by her coworker before she could answer, and her coworker says "dont match them, the asians never buy anything." AND SHE COMES BACK OVER TO SAY HER MACHINE IS BROKEN. We just walked out.

The store associates didnt even take the time to get to know me. Instead, I was judged by my appearance. Its sad to say, but I would tell you not to waste your time there. I was willing to spend my money there until they did not offer me the same service as everyone else. I hate to say but its not worth the visit. Shop online.

Great service! They helped me pick out different lip glosses and colored eyeliners that best suit me. Extremely patient and knowledgeable about their products. Thank you for the great experience! This is the closest store to Clarksville.

I love Sephora, however yesterday was the first time I went to this location. Some sales associates were friendly, some just complete ignored you. I think Ill maybe find another location or shop online. Thanks for the advice Kia❤️
