Could there be less than one star?! The workers were absolutely HORRIBLE! They treated my family terribly and had no respect, patience, and manners. The cashier also blamed us for some confusion that she should have clarified initially, and she didnt even try to resolve the conflict. When the cashier failed to comprehend the problem with our sale, she called her manager who was even less helpful. Both people gave so much attitude that it was completely disrespectful. She also blamed us as well and claimed that "we were taking advantage of the sale and holding up the line of customers" when they should have figured the problem before they rang up all of our items. You are better off going to Sephora or any other Ulta. Do not go to this Ulta, unless you want bad customer service.

Often times when visiting the store, employees tend to talk over tasking. There have been a few times when the service was good but most recently, I bought a product that was used and I didnt realize it until I was home. I returned to the location in less than 24 hours simply wanted to exchange for a newer, unused bottle and the staff made me feel like it was troubling them to help me.. I understand that there are many aspects to working in a beauty store but if the managers set the tone that customer care is a priority, I think the overall store vibe would be much better, like a beauty supply store should feel. It doesnt hurt the employees be helpful, but thats almost what it feels like!

This used to be my favorite place to buy my make up products. However, over the past year this store has been declining. They seem to always be out of stock of anything that I go there for and no one seems to know when it will be back in stock again. The display cases look as if they have not been cleaned in a while and there seems to be loose make up around the shelves. This is very unsanitary seeing how they are trying to sell makeup. The majority of people working there are not helpful and unfriendly. They treat their customers like they are idiots. It is a shame that this store location is this terrible!

My first time at this place the staff were very impatient, rude the store was cluttered. I was looking for specific mascara and the cashier/manager did not know where the product was. She kinda looked me up and down and asked someone else. First and last visit. I get better service at walgreens.

Employees dont seem to know about the products they carry. I only go here to buy my bare minerals, ive been told numerous times that things are discontinued when they are not, then they try to get me to buy a different brand. Its a little aggravating.

Not staffed to handle holiday rush. They had 1 register open, 4 people up at the front trying to handle 1 return (?!), While the line wrapped to the back of the store at noon on a random Tuesday afternoon. Why?

Absolutely terrible service! Starting with the so called managers, who are rude, ignorant. Spoke to a manager by the name of Jen. Thanks for the worst experience ! Never returning! Stay away!

Stocks a majority of brands. Often times out of popular or items on sale. Talk to a sales manager to get a raincheck. Drugstore brands cheaper elsewhere unless there is a sale, I.e. BOGO...

Big store, has a salon on premise. A lot of everthing, makeup, haircare items, perfume and lotions. Its all here.
