I saw the last review of this location that occurred on Aug 1 2008 and have to agree with how its described then. But I must say more than 2 years later it seems to be a whole new store. The old staff seems to have been replaced and the set up of the store looks more open and clean than I last remembered it. Granted I only go there when I need to ship a package or make a quick copy, and the last time I was there had to be just about 2 years ago. But when I walked in today to make a copy of my drivers license the store was full of people, and I dont mean people waiting to be helped looking around aimlessly but people that looked like they were getting stuff done! Ive never seen such controlled madness! Shipments we processed quickly, copiers we running like crazy, faxes faxing, computers computing, I mean the place was hopping. All the while the staff seemed easy to talk to and calm. It was even easy to flag down someone when I didnt know how to use the copier. I have to say this store seems to have really turned around!

Im very hit or miss with this place. It seems that whenever I go in on my own and use the rental computers to print my documents, it goes well. Whenever Ive had to ask for assistance behind the front desk, it has been surprisingly disappointing. I needed something printed in landscape and the guy helping me (whose tag said hed been there 11 years) couldnt figure out how to rotate it from portrait in the print menu. All in all, the quality of prints is good - IF you can do it yourself.

Came in to pick up a package that needed a signature, waited 20 min in line although there were only 3 people in front of me & 2 registers open. Eventually a 3rd employee came up, moved someone from behind me in line to another counter, located my package & put it behind one of the clerks indicating I would need to wait for that clerk to be able to pick up my package. Disgusted.

This place is awesome and with the app they have to print and pay before you even get to the store so when you get there you just get your product and go.

Although the store is most always short handed it serves its purpose
