There were two girls working on Tuesday night (Oct 18) and first of all one of them had a horrible attitude. I was specifically sent to this locating by another Fedex, because they would supposedly do what I was asking for. I needed to take a passport picture of my 1 year old, but I needed it passed on a flash drive with specific requirements (jpg, color, etc). However, they told me they did not do that (a total lie because Ive done this before and they ended up doing it at another Fedex) and they were rude about it. they both did not even let me finish saying what I needed. As soon as I said digital copy they both put their faces and said oh no we dont do that here. I dont mind the fact they did not know, just the way they approached the situation was horrible. What is the point of having two workers if neither of them know how to so their job.

I had a Blue Print that I need to copy/transfer to a 8x11. The assistant couldnt figure out how to do it even if the machine was in store. She made a copy for the same size. And I paid for it. I asked her to ask her colleagues for help but she said the change of the size is possible only if I have an USB card to scan the pages and save it on an USB card. On my way out I overheard the conversation between her and another colleague that is possible so I turned back and asked for help. They put me on hold for more than 10min. I strongly believe that the empoyee should be train and they should be able to use all the equipment in store. Also, the attitude was totally wrong, what I needed was duable but she refused to ask for help. Left after 15 min with problem unsolved and money spent on something that I dont need it.

I was there to ship a package that suppose to be deliver before Christmas, but the attender there doesnt seems to like me and had me fill out everything, rude not at all helpful and confused me and had me select a service that became the cause of my shipment delivery delay... I will definitely avoid it for next time... I will shipping with UPS from now on..

I took a simple job to them and they screwed it up beyond belief. Cutting and drilling some 8 1/2 X11sheets. I told them 4 times they must maintain the order. It was promised at 8pm and wasnt ready until 1pm the next day. They were returned Completely out of order. Never going back, ever!!!

Thursday I usually get good service at FedEx. but today I had the worst experience possible. the clerk did not know what he was doing. I had a perfectly acceptable box and a reamed me on the price of another box. Friday Update they had refunded the cost for the box.

They have PCs for rent and printing services available. Theres never a lot of people working here so you might have to wait a bit to get help.
