I wish I had as good of experience as many others on here. I worked with this company twice in the past and was very satisfied, but this time it was another story. Insight wrapped two trucks for our moving business in the past and did a professional job. We now have two more trucks to wrap. I figured this would be a slam dunk easy job, since they had existing artwork from the last truck which just had to be changed slightly. Chris came out to measure the truck (week of April 1), which saved us a run to his shop. However, after that, its like the guy fell off the face of the earth. I sent multiple e-mails requesting a quote, and called and left multiple messages. I could not get a quote for the life of me. At one point he replied in an e-mail "same as last time", which was confusing since this truck was smaller than the last one. When I asked for clarification it was another 2 weeks without a response. Finally I reached him on the phone and expressed my dissatisfaction with his communication. He more or less said if I dont like it, Im welcome to go somewhere else. He said he would get me the quote. Another 5 days went by and I had to e-mail again since he didnt follow through with what he said. He finally sent the quote, but let me know that he couldnt get the truck in for 3 weeks. So it took from the week of April 1 to May 18 to get a quote!?! I could have had the job done anytime in the last 45 days but Im not writing a blank check - did he expect me to bring it in and just pay whatever he decided I should pay? Heres the deal - there are plenty of other places in town that do the same thing his company does. Im going to use one that appreciates their customers and can communicate clearly and in a timely manner. No one should have to make multiple requests to get a quote, or wait a month for one. This is what they do - I just dont get it. I called up my guy from Rebel Wraps, who has done quality sign work for us in the past, and he was happy to match their price AND come out and wrap it at our place, saving me the hassle of driving to a shop. Bottom line - its unacceptable to have such poor customer service, regardless if a company has a good product or service. Chriss poor communication and inability to simply admit he did a crappy job following up cost him our business, and hopefully you will also think twice before putting up with this poor customer service.

I am a small business owner, who brought an ice cream freezer to this shop for wrapping, since I use this as a part of my business. I spoke with Chris who seemed completely uninterested in doing the job from the start. First he instructed us to remove the original wrapping from the freezer to save money. Then once we removed it and brought it up there he was talking about charging us more money to clean it since it had residue from the previous vinyl wrapping. Finally we agreed I would take this freezer back to clean it and he would start preparing a mock of the wrapping. He basically told us this is a busy shop and he would "throw" something together for us. It should not matter the size of the business, each customer should be treated with the same respect and provided the same attention as a larger company. Any business in their right mind would want to establish a repeat customers base. We are in the market for a food truck as well and would have considered bring it here to be wrapped if we felt like we were treated with dignity. Chris consistently tried to raise the price of the job we needed I guess in an attempt to make it worth his time. When my wife finally told Chris that "throwing" something is not what we were looking for and that he wasnt devoting the time and attention to our request, then Chris said he was declining the business. He never wanted to do the job in the first place. We sent emails with art work and he kept saying he never got them or they were a good quality. If I could give the shop no stars I would. I was completely insulted and would never do business with them again. Heres a tip for you Chris: "EVERY BUSINESS HAS TO START SOMEWHERE... A SMALL BUSINESS IS NO MORE IMPORTANT THAN A LARGE BUSINESS" It should be a honor and a privilege for you to get business from anyone as long as they are willing to spend their money with you!

I originally had a wrap on my car from another company (Indiana). I checked out the other car wrap places on the Internet but loved the style of the work they do here. Not only were they clearly $1000 less than other companies I called, but their work is outstanding. I had a specific idea on how I wanted it to look. Chris and I sat down for a few hours and worked out the design. Although I knew it wasnt quite the way I wanted, Chris sent me the file so I could play and make adjustments to it. (Dont try this at home unless you have photoshop and know how to use it). After a couple more hours I came up with the design I wanted and sent it to Chris. He reviewed my design, informed me it would work, and then printed out a test piece so that I can see how the colors sound actually print out. When I dropped off my vehicle with the original wrap on it, the team didnt realize they would have to take the car apart to get it off. They removed the door handles and removed the sub par material that was used to wrap the car without complaint or additional cost to me. They had to have a mechanic come in and remove the door handles. Delivery day.. Not only did they complete the car when they said it would be done but the quality of the wrap is amazing. On my old wrap I had spots in it where you could see that dirt got under the wrap but not on this new wrap! The print quality of the graphics alone are stunning. I have zero regrets on having these guys do my car. I love their work so much I will be having them do my trade show display as well. If you want a QUALITY wrap job that will turn heads and look extremely professional.. These are the guys to call. Check out ranger nutritions Facebook page to see the awesome job they did.

Awesome service they do all our decal work. We have had 14 trucks lettered and they have all held up well. Thanks Chris! Have to lower my review based on being accused of cheating him out of a $750 payment. I love Chriss work and after repeatedly trying to contact him he finally tells me I owe him $750. I went back through my records and gave him proof of payment but he insisted I still owed him money... I told him if I owed him I would be happy to pay him so we could move on to other projects..instead he told me to have all my work done by someone else. After years of doing business together I thought we had a better relationship..
