Terrible. The service here was so slow. I went on a Friday evening and there were 3 people working and all of them were extremely slow. I want to be fare and say that one of the guys working that evening was pleasant, but still slow. The other guy, Luis, was unknowledagble and very slow (he gave me misleading information about my packages earlier that day.) The woman working that evening was rude. She yelled at an older customer and repeatedly cut her off in her sentences. Her service to me was slightly better but still rude since she hardly listened to anything that I said and cut me off as well. All in all I will likely not be at this location again. Perhaps tonight was an off night for them but never the less it was a less than desirable experience for me.

The worst experience Ive ever had at FedEx, I went it in with the original box for a thinkpad laptop to return it to one of my clients and I ask do you think I need more padding in the box? I had the original shipping materials in the box but thought maybe hey just add a bit more paper or something. But guess what they wouldnt let me ship it in the box that I brought it in the same box that Thinkpad would have shipped it to me!! The Manager was very rude and unhelpful and said if I wanted to ship it Id have to put it in a FedEx box and pay $18 for the box and $4 for the paper or what not they put around it and that didnt include the shipping fee. SERIOUSLY!!!! UPS here I come!!

This place is wonderful!!! Everyone at this location is always friendly. :) Everytime I am at this location I notice that the staff greets most of their returning customers by name. Location is busy and the bathrooms are not the greatest, but when Im in a bind, they always know what to do. I personally want to thank the following staff members that are always so wonderful: Jose, Kiriana, Sarah, Rich, and Laura. They are an amazing team. Thank you so much for everything

The people behind the counter give you half details when you are at their computer work centers. Along with that, their computers charge you for every minute you are on there which will include the time it takes for the internet to open pages and to load any out of date programs. I had to update their Adobe Flash! For someone who is VERY patient this was pretty bad service. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Service was so slow it was unbelievable. There was 1 guy working the Shipping Line, a 2 month trainee at that. The line was totally back up, no one came to help him. I waited in line so long I missed the last pick up for day. If they are going to type information into the computer, which is time consuming, then the store needs to provide adequate resources. Never again. 1 start is very generous.

Terrible service. The sales associate Sharon kept placing my items on the table when I was handing it to her in her hand. Thats very disrespectful. Barely greets people and shrugged me off when i had questions. I traveled far to turn something in overnight shipping. I will just use fedex online so i wont be bother with her just as she express her lack of customers service with me.

When I ask staff for help, the lady was rude and seemed bother that I ask for sevice. She pointed out to read instructions and walk away. I stop her for I had more questions but her rection was annoyed. She didnt give me a minute of her time therefore I took my business else where.

The customer service was horrible. I went in to get my papers faxed and had no idea so I asked for help and the ladies just gave me attitude. In addition, the lady ripped my paper and charged me for making another copy.

Fast printing, lots of self-serve stations, you can get pretty much anything printed instantly, but its expensive. Also accepts FedEx packages, packs and ships FedEx.
