I came into this UPS store today looking to deposit a check into my USAA account which many UPS stores do probably because of some affiliation and because this online military bank doesnt have actual banks possibly due to military families being so scattered and always moving and a low demand for it, and it would be totally fine if the workers in this store were just like sorry we dont do that here but such and such place does, but noo the lady who has probably worked there for ages was like "Ummm this is UPS...." completely trying to make it seem like i was a total idiot while spraying some type of windex in my direction while wiping off a scale. I asked her to ask another worker and he knew about how the one in Deerfield does and the lady told him how i said that the one near my home in Glenview does and then acted baffled that they would because they have the same owner...just a completely rude experience. Sorry that your owner doesnt think that this depressing looking UPS store is qualified enough to do such a simple thing that typically takes a 10th of the time that it took them to make it seem like I was the one in lala land. Sheesh -_-

Awesome customer service and understanding of the customer clientele. They will arrange pick-ups for larger orders and pack them for you! Cheaper than a moving company or doing it your self. Definitely look into their mailbox and small business service including large scale and small scale print.

Our shipment was damaged and lost during transit. After many frustrating calls, I was told there was nothing they could do. Do not use this service! They do not stand behind their customers.
