Went to this location with a 13 page contract that had to be scanned to an email and was told that was not possible. Was quoted ridiculous per page price, to scan one page at a time myself with a tiny scanner in the back of the business to a zip drive theyd sell me and I could go home and email it myself. Employee was not at all helpful. I came in with my infant and needed an employee to do it for me. I left, went to UPS store and UPS store employee happily said yes, we can do that for you. They did it for me and charged me $3. Will never return to a Fedex store.

I needed to overnight some important documents and used this location to ship. Paid $23 for letter to Chicago. Documents were never received. Tracking show documents never left this Mokena FedEx office. Documents were stolen by an employee. Corporate security confirmed problem location. Manager doesnt even return phone calls. Complete thieves. Avoid.

Overall they are fine but I came in here looking to have something scanned and emailed to me. The employee was all that interested in helping me figure out how to get that done. Tried to sell me an unnecessary for drive instead.
