I have daealt with this UPS Store about 4 or 5 times and each time I have had an issue. I dropped off a package and they charged my account 15 dollars for a pick up fee, I bought all boxes and packing materials from them and then they added on a couple dollar fee because it was boxed in the store by myself, they tried to charge for one piece of tape on a box, they wouldnt let me ship on my account number because it has a discounted rate...the list goes on...I would highly NOT recommend this UPS Store to anyone.

HORRIBLE! Let me tell you about UPS TINLEY park... did you know they cant ship anything without a zip code? No need for an address, you need the zip code, and when I didnt have it they replied with "well how are you going to ship it?" I asked can you look it up?... no we dont do that here (did I mention I am at a UPS shipping store)? Mindless idiots

super speedy service AND excellent attitude =) ceaser and ryan were very helpful and informative with the packaging needs for my fragile shipment. They had a line and still managed to help and get everyone moving. I highly recommend coming to this store! I WILL be here for my holiday shipping! THANK YOU.

I use this store 2-3 times a week with pre-printed shipping labels on my boxes. Never had a problem and they are quick to get you in and out. I have never used their packing services so I cannot comment on that, but as far as their customer service I plan to keep using them!
