almost 3 week passed already since i claimed the insurance , ups delivered my imac 27 and it was completely broken in 1000 pieces . thank god i paid for insurance but it looks like they dont care about customers , i been calling over and over and they dont seem to care to help me . i payed $100 shipping plus i lost a $1000+ imac .UPS WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO HELP ME. I WILL BE DOING A YELP REVIEW AFTER THIS , I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFY WITH UPS SERVICE .

Great customer service! Went in and had trouble finding a box that would fit all my school books I was shipping out. The man saw I was having trouble and let me know to bring it right over and he would help me out. I didnt even have to package it and was out of there in no time. Thank you!! Appreciate it.
