This was my first time at a FedEx office, and I had a great experience, mostly due to the staff member assisting me. I think his name was Corey (not to profile, but a man with glasses and lighter, orange colored hair). He was extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable during a process Ive never executed before. I could tell he deals with people from many walks of life because he was extremely surprised and appreciative that I took the package cart back to the front area. He deserves recognition.

If you want your package to sit here indefinitely, give it a try. The Pony Express using real Ponies would get your package there faster. Beyond incompetent.

Tawa at the shipping counter is super slow and only cares to butch about lunch break to the manager instead of just doing her job and shipping the packages.

Absolutely the worst Fed Ex office ever. The most incompetent and rudest people I have ever met. Drive out of your way and go to a different Fed Ex.
