Generally good store but today got Ryan Paver and was an idiot. I come in to get a alternator belt and things got interesting. I tell him make and model etc. and he misses about 90% of the information and asks everything 3 times. Then tells me he wont be able to order this belt for my car because none of the nearby stores have it and its only at something called VDC. I ask again whats a VDC and he said its a hub. I ask "Cant you order it from this hub???" he said yes but wont be here for several days. So belt can be ordered you just have to drill him for it and ask several times. He has a rather heavy music playing on his phone in the pocket and hes humming along instead of paying attention. Processed my return (wrong belt) and tells me new belt will be here by noon tomorrow. Stay in school kids.

Autozone was a nice store. Now everytime I go in there I get hassled to buy something at the counter, the people insist that you buy things off the desk because they get some kind of commission on it I think. Now they have flashlight 2 for $5 LMAO. Id rather pay more and just buy online. Its not the employees fault, theyre just following orders.

Ive never had any real problem at this AutoZone, or any one for that matter. People always greet you at the door, help you find what you need and the free oil recycling is a plus. Only negative is theres been a couple of times when Ive gone there knowing they have a part I need, and it took a bit of convincing to get them to help me find ith.

I go to this location all the time. They are extremely helpful. I see them get their hands dirty all the time. Replace batteries here, change light bulbs, run engine codes, hell even help remove AC fans from water pumps. Wont get this free service any where else.

Awesome! Give Tammy a raise this lady helped me out immensely! Put my power steering fluid in, cleaned my battery terminals which were horribly corroded and noticed my filter needed changing. Thanks a million!
