I went there, and I bought a head light bulb to my car, I told the person behind the counter the year and the model of my car, so he gives me a bulb claming that part is a universal size, and it will work just fine on my car. Few hours after I tried to install the light bulb to my car, and it was a wrong part, so I went back to store, and I asked the tenant behind the counter ( her name was Ashly) for exchange with right part her answer was that she needs to see my Satate ID and the receipt. Which I dont have it on me that time, and also it doesnt make any sense because I paid for it in cash. So I asked for the manager or any person in charge who can resolve this problem her answer was that she is the manager, and she is not going to change the part. So I had 2 chooses left to drive back home through evening heavy traffic to get my ID with receipt or call Grayslake police and ask them for help. I called the Police, and the two officers were so helpful they went inside and talked to Ashly, and they get the right part for me. That place has the worst customer service, I had never seen anything like that in my life my recommendation is to stay away from that place. . They will waste your time and money.
