There is one guy who works here who always tells you what you asked for is probably not whats wrong with the car. If you need a battery, he sells you a alternator. If you need a alterator, he trys to sell you a starter. he insists on selling you a part for what he thinks is wrong with out even looking at the car! I send my wife in and he does the same thing to her. Because of him, (older, heavy guy) I quite going there. My brother in law has had the same experience with him. He also chooses a different auto parts store now.

This is the worst location to go to. Several times I have tried to give them a chance. The tall older guy with glasses has the worst customer service. Having conversations while there is a line of people. Didnt know how to work the diagnostic tool and told me I had a blown fuse instead. Did not even care to wait a second to let me look at the "fuses". He had me step out of line once to go grab my filter and then proceeded to help the next person and wanted me to wait in the back of the line. Done with this place

Ive been here 3 times and have yet to se any quality service. The older guy talks to you with a short temper and huge attitute. Wouldnt take a few minutes to help me look up a part number. Hes a disgrace. And the boss there is a blonde. I mean literally she doesnt know what shes doing. Its cute watching her try though.

I usually go to the AutoZone in Round Lake but when I went in asking for a certain part and the worker couldnt find what I was looking for I went to the AutoZone in Volo/Fox Lake. The man there was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I received the correct part.

Every time I go here the staff is exceedingly helpful. Generous with smiles, advice and time. Always willing to help with a simple part replacement like a bulb. In a world in which customer service is rare, I appreciate them more than I can say! Thanks Volo AutoZone!
