I went into this store looking for a single type of car paint. Unfortunately, I could not find this paint, yet when I spoke to the staff there telling them of my situation they explained all about auto paints. When it came to figure out which paint I could use they actually encouraged me to go to another store to find an inexpensive paint that the staff member had used. He gave an example of what to look for based on their current inventory. This staff member never pushed their product and explained the different mechanisms to look for. This is exactly how a store wins a customer. Bottom Line: Great staff, very knowledgeable with lots of personal experience, and very friendly.

If I could I would give this place no stars. After being told the wrong price for a battery. I bought the battery and asked them to please help me put it into my car. They came out looked Tolman me to hang on, left me outside (mind you its maybe 20°F out), and went back inside and helped other customers over me, even though I was first. I am never coming here again. Thanks for NOT helping out a girl who REALLY needed help after having an absolutely crappy morning. The funny thing is that no one was in the store but me when I bought the battery. So everyone they helped came in after me.

Associate (Danny A) took time to test my vehicles battery, without pressuring me to buy any merchandise. When the battery came back bad and needing replacement, he also checked the vehicles alternator with a quick diagnostic test. Both tests were free and the associate was also able to provide me with tips on removing the bad battery, which required that I take several panels off before replacing the battery

Never have had a problem at this store. Its 5 mins from where i live so its my go to autozone when i need something for my car. Prices are cheaper and crew members are the best! They always help me out with a part i need or am looking for with a smile on their face. Awesome !

I only needed to recycle a battery, but the staff was terrific. In fact, the guy insisted on carrying the battery from my car into the shop when he most certainly did not have to.
