My alternator light was coming on, but was still testing that it was good. An employee named Frank suggested that the electrolyte levels in the battery may be low. He checked and sure enough, they were... He added some water and suggested I check the levels about once a year. Had he not informed me of this, I may have just replaced my alternator unnecessarily. This is the type of expertise that all AutoZone stores should have. Im glad I went to this one! Thanks Frank!!!

Older guy helped me with a battery issue and he tried to figure out why my car wasnt cranking like its supposed to. After he ran a battery test which it was fine, he think its the water levels in the battery. Popped it open and sure enough, it was low.
