Espero que vean mi mensaje , ayer viernes 19 de agosto del 20016 fui a auto zone , eran las 8:50 pm entre a buscar unos tapetes para mi carro y un estúpido asiático creo que es el managger me dio muy mal servicio, se aprovechó que yo no hablaba mucho inglés y se burlaba de mi el estúpido eran 2 ese asiático y otro niño joven , le dije que to entre a la tienda por que todavía estaba open y me dijo ese asiático si pero apurele rápido por que ya nos vamos y le dije que yo nesesitaba ayuda que nesecitaba ver cuales tapetes hiba yo a comprar y solo se burlaba de mi , casi casi me tronanaba los dedos el estúpido , y me dio mucha rabia con ese asiático rudo por que no era manera , en otras tiendas de esas son bien amables tratan de entenderte y ayudarte , fue una mala experiencia para mi, solo en esa tienda me trataron asi, PD yo pienso que si ya les urgía irse a descansar a su casa que pongan close a las 8 pm o 8:30pm yo los entiendo yo también trabajo en tienda pero no es manera , ME SENTÍ BURLADA POR ESE ASIÁTICO GERENTE

I wish I remembered the names of the two folks who helped me, but there was a shorter lady with short, blonde hair who immediately looked up the wiper blades I wanted, pulled them, and set them aside so I could continue looking around. And I checked out with a younger, dark haired gentleman, whom I believe I heard speaking Hindi later on as a lost man approached us in the midst of the young man installing my wiper blades in 25 degree weather. Im not the greatest judge of age, but, this very knowledgeable and helpful young man appeared to be no more than 17. Aside from being kind enough to escort me back to my car and install the new blades, he very honestly and intelligently answered my couple questions regarding a malfunctioning CD player and a panoramic sunroof that seems to be stuck. I was very pleased with the high level of importance these two employees placed on customer service, the store itself was clean, well-stocked, and very organized. Its the closest auto part store to where I live, and I plan to continue going there when necessary, as well as recommend this location to any who may be uncertain of what to expect. Understandably, prices play a huge role in the decision to shop somewhere, and in my honest opinion, Auto Zone seems to be fairest in comparison to the other two places I might go if theres a sale; OReilly and Advance Auto Parts. In fact, on this particular trip, I could have kicked myself for not doing better research before purchasing a replacement key-fob for my older GM model car. Paid $85 and change for an identical replacement at OReilly several months back, then find out on this trip that Auto Zone sells it for $50. And something tells me that if Id actually gone through Auto Zone, the remote start button may actually still work. It no longer functions on the one I purchased at OReilly, and its not as if Id worn the circuit out because I didnt even feel the need to use it until we hit January. All in all, do your research first just to cover your own behind, but itll probably lead you here anyway.

We were in the store a total of 5mins, and our interaction lasted about 2mins. But what Id like to know is why Gavin, an employee here, would roll his eyes every time we would ask him a question. Not necessarily specific questions about the product or installation, but wether a certain product was in stock, return policy and price. Everytime wed say anything this guy would roll his eyes and sigh in sheer... disgust? If you dont like what you do or if someone pissed you off, its not our fault. Weve had ok experiences here before which is why I gave them 3 stars. But this last experience was a bit unsettling.

The worst customer service!!! Worst Autozone or any other auto shop by far. Knowone has any clue as to what they are doing, the manager ia the laziest guy ive ever met! He looks at you like your an idiot. You wanna see someone who looks like they hate there job, look no further than the Manager. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE!!!!

The people who work here are so lazy. I asked them to check my car for me and they told me "the machine wouldnt connect to the car" 15 minutes later I went to another autozone and they got the results in 2 minutes. Horrible customer service avoid at all costs
