These guys are the best! I was stuck at Meijer with no transportation because my radiator hose had broken, it was a hot day, and AutoZone was three miles away. So, I called them up and explained the situation. They had the part, so I told them that Id start walking, but I asked them, "Hey, since you make commercial deliveries is there any chance youd be willing to make the short trip out to me?" They said, "You know what? Sure. Is there anything else you need?" I mentioned that I didnt have any tools with me to work on it, and they brought out the part, the tools, and waited out there with me for the couple of minutes it took me to get it fixed. They really go above and beyond for their customers, so not only do they have the best products and the best price, but the best customer service, too. You saved an old man a long walk on a hot day, and you saved him some money, too. Thats why I only shop with AutoZone. Thanks again. You guys are amazing.

Been here twice. Quick, helpful, and friendly service. I noticed today I was missing a few valve caps on my tires. I tried the oreillys around the corner and ended up waiting about 10 min with no help or acknowledgement. Me and a guy who came in after eventually gave up and came here. I was greeted immediately from a guy who was ringing someone up, and once he was done he helped me find what I was looking for and I was out within 2 minutes. Previously came in looking for a rear wiper blade. Even though they ended up not having the part, they were helpful and notified me where I could get it.

Originally purchased an item from a different location (with higher sales tax), and when I went to return the item at this location, the sales manager would only refund me the price of the item plus the local sales tax. Ive never experienced this from any other retailer, but I found this to be odd. The difference was less than a dollar, so I didnt go through the trouble of arguing.

Yet another car parts place. Nice people working there and average prices for the things they carry. Wish they carried more "real" automotive parts instead of all the toys you will find stuck to the side of cars any given Friday night in a McDonalds parking lot. Stop with the toy blue lights already, get real replacement bulbs!

Good Customer service! Not pushy but when asked very helpful and knowledgeable of tools and vehicle parts, especially brakes and headlight. Thanks guys keep up the good job.

Clean place. Fast friendly service, no complaints. You do have to wrangle an employee which an be good or bad, they often seem short staffed.
