This Autozone has the best service I have ever seen! When I was visiting from way (WAY) out of town and my starter died in Carol Stream, the Assistant Manager Tom, came all the way out to Schmale and Fullerton and picked us up! He drove us back to Autozone to get a new starter and then Rafael took us back to the car AND replaced it in the pouring down cold rain! You COULDNT ASK for better service!! Still blown away by them!

I have never had a problem with autozone except when I am trying to get a part. You have this store that closes at one time and the next closest store that has like 18 of them closed 2 hours ago! Autozone get your stuff together! Either supply each store with proper parts or keep them all open to the exact same time!!!
