Update** Watch out for the black guy named Michael, he thinks hes slick, whenever he scans you dont take your eyes off the price, he will try to swindle you for a few bucks, my guess is he tries to pocket a few dollars of cash here and there. Always check your receipt when he rings you up or gives you a refund, I would not say this unless I really didnt think he was trying to swindle me out of a few bucks and pocket the rest. Youve been warned. Every time I walk into this store to pick up some fuel system cleaner the guys have some "special" at the desk and they insist that you buy those instead of what you want. I just needed ONE but the idiot tried to get me to buy the 2-pack Do they get commission for this or something? They didnt used to "push" items on you before, seems like a new campaign to bring in revenue and give them some sales commission. Other than that this store is fine.

Every time Im here I have whatever I need solved. The people who work here are really helpful and seem to really know their stuff. Ive come in thinking Ill need to spend a lot of money fixing my car and they will return with a solution that fixes the car and saves me a lot of money. I have never had a negative experience at this location.

Never have a problem at Autozone, but Im pretty good with cars so I know what questions to ask. Ill hold out for their synthetic oil change specials for my 02 Camry, and Ive almost always able to get parts that I need in a pinch. Advice is usually good, and their selection across part types is adequate.

Super service. I went to check out and the fellow helping suggest and DIY fix that didnt need the part I was intending to purchase. Great idea on fixing the windshield wiper fluid hose. I know where Im coming to get my parts.

Excellent customer service, good selection of the most common parts. They have just about every part and if they dont, in most cases they can get for you within a few hours to a couple of days on specialty parts.
