Racist female store employee refused to let me use the bathroom, claiming it is for "Employees Only". The female employee with a skinny build, blonde hair and dark rimmed glasses followed me around the store like Im a criminal or a shoplifter, when all I was doing was looking at batteries and car seat covers. And when I tried to use the restroom, she yells from the other end of the store from across several aisles and comes running after me, screaming "You are not allowed in there!!" I have used bathrooms at several AutoZones throughout the country. I contacted AutoZone Corporate, who confirmed the same to me - that none of the AutoZones in the US have "Employees Only" bathrooms. They are lucky to not have a civil rights lawsuit against them yet.

Of course theres a 2star rating. Just like I called it. We knew the battery was bad on my car...brought it to auto zone to be tested only to be told the batteries fine and its probably my alternator. What should have cost me maybe $100 is now costing me close to $400 because they lied and my car was brought to a dealer and had diagnostics ran on it only to have them determine it IS in fact the battery and auto zone doesnt know what theyre doing. Thanks for tripling the cost of this for me. Thats exactly what I needed!!!!!

Friendly staff, however, their free diagnostics are unreliable. They tested ny battery and said my alternator was bad. I had to pay out of pocket for diagnostics from the dealer only to find out thre alternator was good and the battery was bad. I was attempting to get it replaced using my extended warranty. Diagnostics was not covered since there was no failed component.

great autozone, staff is really nice and they always have what i need for my car except for when they dont. when they dont, the other autozone north of here does and they call up and hold the part for me. thanks team, you all are great.

Really good spot. Love the rewards program. Cant go wrong. Staff is great. Always there to help. Sometimes it gets busy but its like any other store. You have to wait. People just complain too much. They cant wait that extra 5min.
