We had to exchange a marine battery from another auto zone that we had just bought.. The asst manager was absolutely not helpful at all and had attitude apparently that we were doing an exchange. (Exception of Mike who tried to help) At least the other auto zone store (West Chicago) had great store reps! The lack of customer service continues building the case for online shopping amd not having to deal with all this &$*^

Theyre incredibly friendly over the phone just like at any autozone. The majority of people working at the company seem to genuinely enjoy their works! I would too working on cars and dealing with them.

I come here a lot people there want to help you and do a good job sold a bad alternator once ruined a day my mechanic told me never get alternators from there but other than that you should go
