When i say this place is TERRIBLE that is an understatement!!! Absolutely AWFUL! the employees are horrible and so disrespectful they are brain washed to think that they are actually selling healthy puppies from real breeders! That is far from the truth! :( I speak with facts. I researched the so called "certified breeder" for one of their puppies and found out that he was cited and arrested for animal cruelty and sold many sick dogs with neglect, birth defects and illness to pet stores! He is also in the "HORRIBLE 100" breeders.(Picture proof posted under pictures on here) No matter what they say,these puppies come from PUPPY MILLS and illegal backyard breeders!!! The owners are trying to get rich off of selling unhealthy animals from horrible,abusive and sad backgrounds! He sells them for thousands yet buys them for a fraction of the price.I am so sorry Roger no amount of money can fix or help your EVIL heart!! DO NOT buy a puppy from here! They will pull you in with innocent puppies(good mall location),and make you think you are getting a deal with vet care (FROM THEIR OWN SHADY VET) but BE CAREFUL!! There is so much more than what you see at this little "puppy botique"! Please google them,their lawsuits and deaths of pupies will come up.Puppies to them are a price tag and they could care less about their health,well being,or who they go home with.As long as they get their profit,its all good to them.The worst part is they even screamed at me and my 6 year old when i mentioned the word puppy mills to him inside the store!!! He was terrified,shaking and in tears due to the treatment of the staff,especially this women named Cheryl.She is an old skinny witchy looking thing with THE WORST disrespect possible towards customers in the store! How heart breaking that she hurt my child in that way! I have never experienced such rude customer service or treatment in a "business" in my whole life! This is a terrible situation and believe it or not, one of the worst cases of animal cruelty!Furry Babies owners buy animals from puppy mills and sell them for over the top RIDICULOUS prices. It should be illegal.They even sue people for saying (the truth) they sell puppymill puppies! (Google Furry Babies vs.Kathy Mehalko) it is so sad.This woman dedicates her life to rescue,help and advocate for shelter,abused,forgotten,neglected, animals...she is RIGHT about this place! I swear to you that there are thousands of WONDERFUL tiny-young puppies and grown up dogs of all breeds and sizes (yes,even pure bred) in the shelters dying each year due to limited space.They are just as good as a "furry baby"puppy and truly in need of a family! Please google local animal shelters and you will be suprised that a beautiful new family member is waiting for you! For little cost ($60-a couple hundred DONATION to help a shelter vs. thousands at furry babies to promote puppymills,abuse of animals, and greedy owners) Please do not give these people your business, and allow yourself to get hurt or get ripped off! Do not create a higher demand for puppy mill puppies/over breeding.Shelter dogs really do matter. I wish more people would see.Hopefully the truth is reveled about this horrible "business" and one day justice is served.Dogs are truly WONDERFUL,loyal,loving animals and deserve way better. Please think about it. ADOPT DONT SHOP! it will be the best choice you will ever make! Its a shame how low these people go to succeed. Example: "I bought my puppy 5 years ago"....lol and you are just writing a review now? These are 100% puppy mill puppies they paid 250$ for and sell for 1500$. Walked in just because I like looking at puppies because lets be honest what kind of psychopath doesnt. Was looking at a very cute mut. And the sales person picked her up and asked if I wanted to hold her. The dog laying on my chest had boogers all over its nose and was wheezing had extremely swollen glands and obvious signs of kennel cough. I asked if the dog had been vaccinated for kennel cough and the worker told me yes then I asked why she had kennel cough and was told that there was medicine in the back for her and that they were treating it. The dog in the cage next to it also had kennel cough and was severely malnourished for a puppy having all its ribs and hip bones visibly exposed. Kennel cough doesnt happen to puppies raised in humane conditions and any one who cares about dogs wouldnt try and sell you a dog that they wont admit is sick until you realize you know what youre talking about. Thats despicable not one because theyre buying dogs from awful breeders but because if they sell that dog to someone who is careless and isnt given proper disclosure and doesnt take it to a vet it can be life threatening. ADOPT DONT SHOP!!! You can find mut puppies that are far healthier than these and are also spayed and neutered for 1/6 of the price who are in desperate need of a home.

Wow. This establishment is so bad.No water available to the pupps? Its sad they are products to be sold.My wife was so angry when she found out the price of a puppy $4,000+ is very unbelievable! And the staff was so snoody and very much like robots repeating some what seems to be a programmed sales tactic. I also researched this store after and I found out alot of terrible information. Lawsuits, drama,bad owners sick and dying puppies, and the most heartbreaking fact is these puppies come from PUPPY MILLS. I saw alot of review on here about adopting a puppy and we did. A yellow lab. She is great just as beautiful well behaved and to me cuter than the puppies here. $160ish in total for her Couldnt be happier with our familys choice to ADOPT. I really recommend anyone looking for a dog to adopt. Rescue a dog and stop the greed and hate of this business and the abuse of puppymill dogs. Too many dogs dying and being over bred. Stop this demand and help the ones that are already here and in need.

VERY RUDE staff. Went in because my friend was telling me how horrible this place was, now i see why!! These girls working here are gross and have the worst attitude towards customers! My friends and I will NEVER enter this place again. Dogs are ridiculously expensive too.$4,000 puppies??? Haha!! INSANE! they even look sickly and have no water available!poor dogs,clearly PUPPY MILL PUPPIES. No legit breeder would sell puppies to a pet store! ADOPT DO NOT SHOP! Millions of puppies of all kinds dying in shelters daily!! It is a sin to spend thousands and promote this sad culture of breeding for profit and these money hungry people! Many innocent animals sit in shelters and die due to overcrowding!!! I would much rather donate $4,000 to help a non-profit shelter than to these money hungry pigs who own this establishment.So many shelters in chicagoland. Look them up. Adopted my dog from Paws Chicago (under $200 with everything). Best choice I ever made!!

DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM HERE!!! We brought home are third dog, second Boston Terrier... We have always had dogs and are quite familiar with pet care... Long story short, our baby had giardia... was treated twice and STILL HAD IT. The Vet and Furry Babies tried to blame us saying the dog was eating his poop or stepping in it and licking his paws. However, we clean the yard daily and watch him outside. In addition we wipe his paws each time he comes in. After the two treatments they refused to pay for any additional testing and then tried to tell us that ALL DOGS have it. Really?? NOT TRUE because neither of my puppies had it nor do they now. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
