NEVER AGAIN Took my 7lb dog in to be groom, we had a event at 4pm. Got him there at 11:15am, at 2:30pm he was still in a cage waiting to be started. I was beyond upset this caused us to re plan our entire day as my dog was a part of the event. I called the grooming manager (Raelynn) who has NO customer skills at all. I was totally upset when I called and rightfully so. My dog had been in a cage for 3 hours and didn’t need to be. While talking to the so called grooming manager she began talking over me – put the phone down and began telling the store manager AL – HER SIDE of what happen as I just listened. This place is a joke; if you can call me to tell me I’m late you could have called to say we are running behind can you bring your day in an hour or so. Or how about apologizing and saying I will get him done as soon as possible. No need to go on I will never use this place again. Might want to hire more groomers – and give the title Manager to someone that knows how to deal with customers. Central Bark Groomers here we come- its right across the street or Petco in the Falls. This one (all I can do is SMH)

I frequent this store often to buy supplies for my fish tank especially lately as Ive upgraded to a 125 gallon freshwater aquarium. Most of the time I visit the store during off-hours so not many customers are inside, but observing those that are there and want to buy fish very few employees seem to be willing or around to help. They usually have to ask someone at the counter and then only after five to ten minutes of waiting will someone come out and help. Once one staff members said very blatantly he did not enjoy working with the fish which was rather off-putting, and he was very hard to understand and it seemed like he had more important things to do than talk to the customer about her new pets. Nevertheless I decided to purchase a few tetras, and corys (after waiting for someone for ten minutes to help me) and two days later I noticed the tell-tale signs of Ich on the tetras. I immediately purchased and administered the medicine to cure the disease in my tank, but three days later half of my fish are dead. Needless to say I am not pleased and will not visit this location again.

Would like to see better care of the animals. The over stocking of the cages left many injured, sick or dead and left in the cages. The inproper set up of the cages also left nany of these animals stresses and sick. When I let the manager know of these issues I was told everything was fine and they were being taken care of. It was very clear that everything was not being taken care of. The staff was unqualified to be caring for some of the animals. Some training or them having the ambition to pick up the care sheets that sit next to the animals would greatly improve the care if the animals and the knowledge of the employees.

Pet grooming fail. Showed up in a blizzard and made me jump thru a million hoops and make a bunch of phone calls to verify vaccinations when it was VERY clear my dog (a cairn terrier) has been vaccinated by the info on his tags. No other groomer has EVER treated us this way. They wanted me to go all the way home to get additional paperwork because the vets office was closed. I refused because I live way too far away to consider a return trip in a blizzard. I have NEVER encountered a company so determined to NOT take my money. Im done with PetCo. They have lost my business for life.

Highly recommend the dog traonjng classes! We started classes with Jason about a month ago. I am so pleased with the results and he is just wonderful to work with. When we first got our dog, I felt way in over my head. I loved our new dog but I felt like I had adopted him totally unprepared. I was so stressed out. Now after 3 classes so far, our dog is night and day from what he was. He went from aggressive towards other dogs, pulling me down the street, and running off constantly to a sweet well mannered dog. Also the classes are super reasonable!

Staff was friendly but fish selection is bland...I went there for a few tank supplies and my 2yr old wanted some more fish. The fresh water fish they had I think are over priced, they were not appealing at all. We walked out with some 29 cent feeder goldfish because I didnt want to pay for any of the others...this was my 2nd time in this store within 2 years and same results both times

Talked to the "Snake/reptile lady" who was very knowledgeable and helpful about our feeding question for "Mango" my daughters ball python. The other employees in the store were also friendly and helpful. The snake is the 3rd pet we have bought from here, and would definitely recommend it to others, and buy future pets/pet items here.

Love coming to this location to get my dogs nails trimmed since you can walk-in to get this service with no appointment necessary, and it takes around 5 minutes for the technician to get the job done.

Wow.... This place has gone down the toilet real fast. Always out of crickets and always a long wait to check out. If they werent the only place in the area Id definitely go elsewhere!

No pre check, shaved my dog wrong, bangs were not cut properly, and now her skin is irritated. I mustve read the wrong reviews because I didnt see anything great about this location.

Manager stood and watched me in the dog food isle. Didnt offer to help. Normally previous manger (young guy) was nice and helpful. Regularly shop at store once or twice a month.

Good location, prices are high, lack of staff on hand, but the staff that is available was friendly and helpful. They sell live pets, but have a random selection.

Place is ok. Staff ignores you most of the time. The saltwater fish are always sick.
