So we bought a Boxer-Puggabull almost 2 weeks ago and named her Piper. My wife and I had thought about adding one more dog to our family. At the time, we only had one Chine Shar-Pei that is extremely independent and loves to be left alone, and we do not have kids. We asked a series of questions about Piper and the breed. There is almost no available information online about Puggabulls, but we didnt care because we loved her so much. When she was introduced to our other pet, Piper had a very aggressive approach. We thought they didnt know each other and it was normal. As the days went by, we realized that Piper is very defensive towards other pets. We tried a dog park and it was a constant battle because she would attack other dogs without reason. At the end, we realized that she wasnt socialized with other pets. She has no problem meeting people, but when it comes to other pets, thats where the problem starts. Almost 2 weeks since we bought her and we are already spending an extra $1,500 for training. I really wished she had more interaction with other pets, but nevertheless, we love her, she is amazing, she will be better and she came to a home that has the means to help her be a better puppy.

The photo Ida McCarthy put up on here is not the cages happiness is pets uses for their puppies. She an old coo-coo crazy as shes yelled at me in front of here numerous times for no reason protesting things that she has no knowledge of whatsoever. I bought my German Shepherd from here and hes never had a problem. I got a free vet visit, money off his neuter, 30 day health coverage if the vet seemed he needed any medication which he did not and the experience was great. They have USDA certified breeders who care about the health and how much better does it get than knowing a certified vet checks them before the pups before they can even be sold. And the prices are very fair. I see some places charging upwards of 2000 dollars for a GSD and I got mine for less than half of that. Oh yeah the microchip doesnt hurt either.. All in all its a great store, clean, good looking pups, no odor and great workers who want to help you. I recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy

I bought my cavalier kings Charles spaniel from here. She is my pride and joy. The workers were very, very helpful and so kind. The kennels are kept very clean and puppies get play time. I appreciate the fact that breeds that are more susceptible to infection are on restricted playtime. They work very hard to keep their puppies from getting sick. I love how they treat the puppies if they were like their own. Its so sweet to see. 5 Stars for their hard work and dedication! We love you guys! Thank you for our beautiful baby! When its time to get another pup, were coming back!

The manager that works theres is rude and condescending. She instantly had an attitude with us, we ignored her, and continued shopping for our new addition to the family. We asked to see one of their Bulldogs, and not only are all of these puppies grossly overpriced, but they are not well taken care of. The 8 week old puppy had fleas visibly crawling over it. When we pointed it out to her she denied it and said it was a scab from the microchip. There are no beds or anything for these poor puppies. Its terrible and sad.

Amazing place, amazing staff, sweet puppies however the "boss" Missy could not possible have been more rude and more obnoxious both to staff and customers. I sincerely feel bad for whoever works under her. Other than her, I love that place and the sweet puppies they care for. However, I will have to take my business elsewhere due to Missy. As Im reading the other reviews, I seem to not be the only one who has had a terrible experience with her.

The lady manager was very condescending and rude anytime I asked a question. When I asked if I could see the dog I was considering buying she told my wife that she didnt think I was ready for a dog. (Ive owned a dog almost my entire life.) after I assured her that I was ready she insisted that I was not and would not let me see any dog. I feel that I was wrongly judged by her on my capabilities to own a dog.

I purchased a little female Havanese on February 11, 2017 , I have had nothing but health issues since I purchased her... she has a urinary tract infection, Giardia, this is our second round of medication for Giardia and she is only four months old what a mistake I made! Buyer beware!!!! Never ever purchase a dog from happiness is pets their policies are ridiculous and do not stand behind their consumer!!!!

I recently purchased a male German Shepherd dog from this facility the staff was nice and I was treated well. The dog was in excellent shape and big for his age his name is Max and he is a great guard dog at only 9 weeks old he barks at strangers already cant wait until he becomes much older.

Bought my puppy Payton here on 5/14. Yesterday on 2/8/16 I had to unfortunately put her down due to idvt. When I got her she had kennel cough which happens but to have to put down a puppy because of congenital illness is crap. Id stay away from this place if you can

The female manager has the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen. Verbally bashed an old manager. Rolled her eyes at me when I said a specific puppy wouldnt be a good fit because it was too aggressive. The puppy drew blood on my child and I!!

Please do not get puppies here! The are from puppie mills which are illegal! Some dogs spend there whole life in a cage with little food,water and and no were to use the bathroom. It is terrible and inhuman. So please do not purchase a dog here!

Bought my Cocker Spaniel here last September. Such a good and healthy puppy! All the workers were super helpful and knowledgeable. Cant wait to add another puppy to the family in the next couple months. Will always go back to Michelle!

Just got my shiba Inu from here with my girlfreind. Very helpful staff especially Mitchelle. When they say they have a wide variety in puppies they mean it. Thank you happiness is pets for our new lovable baby.

My happiness puppy is amazing. I purchased a Pomeranian and he is healthy and fit in perfectly with my other dog. The staff was helpful and the store was clean.
