Took my dogs to be groomed about a month ago, only to have one of them come back injured, from what appeared to be cuts left by a brush. Not only was my dog physically hurt but she would not eat, was very sad, and did not want anyone by her. All of which is not the norm for her. I immediately called and spoke to a manager who told me he would view the "tape". I told him my dogs injuries, that is when he said that I should speak with the general manager. At first the general manager acted as if she was concerned, all of which was just an act. I had to take my dog to my vet, she was treated with antibiotics for the cuts (that were strangely in the shape of a brush)she was also placed on special food do to stress to help settle her digestion. I was told by this manager that all would be taken care of, vet bill would be reimbursed. They have reimbursed my grooming costs, that is it. Now this manager is denying she said anything, even denying that tapes exist of grooming. Which is funny cause I was informed by the other managers they record. I have requested to view my dogs tape, only to be told they dont allow the public to view them. Another contradiction considering "there is no tape". Have tried to contact corporate, but you can only get a customer service rep, who only takes name and number. Save yourself a lot of problems, and your pet use a qualified established groomer.

Do not have your dog groomed at the salon. Upon leaving the store after the appointment, our puppy had this large tick attached to his skin. This tick was not present before the appointment and was easy to see. This means that the tick had attached himself to our puppy while waiting for us to pick him up. We were supposed to receive a text, but upon returning to the store we discovered that he had been done at least 15 mins before we arrived. I received the text 30 minutes after leaving the store. We will never be bringing our puppy there to be groomed ever again.

The cashier took forever to finish her personal conversation with the customer/friend infront of me and then didnt even say hello when I approached the counter. Handed me my receipt, change and coins in a pile and said have a good day then waved the lady behind me forward. It was so rude and very rushed. Couldnt even put my wallet back into my purse before she was helping someone else. Rude

Ive given them a second chance and a second time they have disappointed me. Their groomers seem to pick their own schedule so you never know when they are going to be there and Ive been turned away twice when the place was EMPTY because they were too busy to cut nails... A 2 minute process. From what I saw, the girl was too busy talking on the phone. Back to petsmart it is.

Best pet store around the area. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, great products, clean store. If you buy something that your pet dosent like such as the dog shoes I bought they were friendly about the return. Unlike some of the other pet stores. Parking lot sucks though. Other than that great store.

This store is nice and clean. They have a good selection of dog and cat food, as well as other pet necessities. The layout is simple and well thought out. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is that it is so far away.
