Just picked up my new Honda Fury from BBK and I could not be happier with my purchase or with the service I received. Brian, the owner, was the first person I spoke with upon walking in. I wasnt sure what I was looking for as this was only my second bike, and I hadnt owned one or ridden in 6 years. I came in pretty close to closing time but he was in no hurry to rush me out of the store. I found the Fury, and it just felt goooood. I knew right there that that was what I was looking for. But Brian, knowing I was a fairly novice rider suggested several other (and even cheaper) bikes for me to try out. I got some great guidance from him on the different models I was looking at. Got great pros and cons on all and felt absolutely zero pressure. I also mentioned to Brian that when I moved back to Illinois, the DMV forgot to transfer my motorcycle license and would therefore have to take the road test again before being to test ride the bike. He took it upon himself to offer (if I was interested in purchasing from them of course) a small Yamaha 250 to take to the DMV to take the road test on. That right there sold me on BBK. They made it super easy for me, and trailered the Yamaha to the DMV for me. Definitely an extra that helped sell me the bike. When I came back to actually purchase the bike, I worked with Curtis while I waited for the finance guy to be available. He gave me some great information on riding gear and got me set up with a great jacket, helmet and gloves. Prices from what I have seen were right on par with online stores I had looked at. And because I was purchasing the bike they gave me a 15% or so discount on everything. Great knowledgable young guy and I had a lot of fun chatting with him throughout my multiple visits. Eric is the finance guy, and I worked with him the most throughout my experience there. Got some great information and a great deal on the bike. It was already discounted as it was last years model, but was able to negotiate a bit more off of it, and he was also able to discount the extended warranty option as well. The finance process was pretty quick and seamless. He also coordinated my borrowing of a small 250 to take the DMV road test on. We had to schedule and reschedule a couple times due to weather but he never once showed anything other than a great attitude and desire to help me out. Though I never worked directly with James, another sales guy, I spoke with him multiple times throughout my multiple visits and he was always willing to answer my questions enthusiastically. After my road test I discovered the back piece for the dealer plate had come off and I couldnt find it. (My fault, not theirs), So he jumped on a bike and brought me a new bolt so I could ride the bike back to the shop legally. Great guy and a great help! The most important thing throughout my entire experience with BBK is the attitude that everyone in this shop displayed towards me. Ive been in several other shops in the area and been talked down to, or been made to feel stupid because of my lack of knowledge. BBK could not have been more helpful and never once made me feel stupid for asking some pretty dumb questions. They were there to educate me, make me feel comfortable, and make me feel valued as a customer. I will be bringing my bike back there for service for life as they really won me over with their great work ethic and positive attitude. Everyone there went the extra mile for me and I truly appreciate it! Thank you Brian, Eric, James, and Curtis for making my bike buying experience a great one!!!

Still working to get a bike, I stopped in yesterday April 7th, 2017. I went in about a hour and half before closing, thinking because it was still a Friday it would be packed. But nope! Just to browse for a first bike and look at some gear. First person to approach me was Eric, outstanding guy I told him I was looking for a Honda CBR500R. We went downstairs, and after going over it I liked it! Eric was telling how it might be a problem because I am tall and my legs might get cramped. So he showed me a Ninja 650 he told me it was better for my size being 64 and after sitting on it I felt more comfortable and not so cramped. After going over a little more details between the two bikes, thanks to Eric the Ninja 650 will be my first bike. Now over to speak with Curtis. We were going over helmets, riding jacket, and gloves. Not knowing exactly what size helmet i needed. I tried on a few, and narrowed down my selection. I told him if I got the helmet can I order it in a matte black. He personally showed me his, the same helmet I wanted to get but in matte black. Going over to the jackets Curtis explained the different types that were available. Looking over between Mesh and Textile jacket, the textile was more suitable for me had protection plates on the back, shoulders, and elbows. Lastly he showed me the gloves he uses to ride has a knuckle pad on the top to help if rocks come flying back at you. All in all I was only in there to browse and get a better understanding, both Eric and Curtis made me comfortable and like a guest in there house. Didnt push me to buy, it felt like I was talking to a friend more than a sales person. Thanks to both of them, I will be going back to get all my gear and my bike soon.

I purchased my first motorcycle Ive ever owned from BBK Motorsports about 2 months ago. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for a 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS in white, and although they did not have this bike, they went out of their way to obtain it from another dealer at no extra charge to me. The price for the bike was unrivaled by any other dealer. I only had to wait a couple days for them to get the bike and it was ready when they said it would be. The service guy even helped me secure the bike in my trailer when I came to pick it up. Not only is this my first bike, but it is the first vehicle of any sort that I have ever purchased and BBK Motorsports made the process stress free and efficient. I highly recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle to look here first.

James sold me a leftover 2015 FJR 1300A and it blew up on my way home. Just kidding riding this thing home was an orgasmic experience. The thing is like a turbine engine! James is a knowledgeable sales person and answered all my questions. I knew what I was going in to see but he wasnt pushy or anything. He answered my questions and let us go home to talk it over. I called back and said well take it and he got everything rolling. He updated me periodically via calls & emails regarding the status of the bike. I had them add Heli RIsers (which are awesome) and they ended up getting them on the same day they came in. He called me and got me & the bike out the door as quick as I could get the paperwork signed. Pretty flawless experience honestly!
