Outstanding service! This was my first Harley experience and I will never forget it! They got me on a great bike, were able to answer all the questions I had concerning the bike, clothing, performance parts, everything! The finance department works super fast, they had to get the bike I wanted from another store and they had it within 12 hours. I highly recommend West Bend Harley Davidson to be your first stop!

Went there today to buy a used bike....they would not budge 1 american dollar and I had CASH!!! I was never even asked my info and the sales guy ever negotiated with himself before I even sat down......Never will I step in this place again....ever.

Friendly and helpful staff all around. Sales, service, parts, apparel, everyone I have dealt with here has been great. Easy to access location. The hours can make it a challenge to get there when they are open from my home or work.

Had my 30,000 mile check up done here and couldnt be more pleased. Service staff was very knowledgeable (Jeff Backhaus) and they did way more then the last Harley dealership I had service done at. I will definitely be coming back.

Great service, easy to schedule an appointment, very welcoming staff. Typical HD prices, but no complaints about that. More of a family feeling compared to the bigger dealerships. Highly recommended.
