WOW! Where do I start? I needed quite a bit of riding gear for my bike so I decided to check this place out....needed a helmet, riding gloves, a jacket, and boots. I was willing to spend up to a thousand bucks when I walked in the front door. Cash in pocket. I got there at about 5pm on Tuesday , (7/11/17) and had a few questions that needed to be answered about general fitting of the helmet and so on....I walked over and asked a guy who was seated at a desk right by the helmet rack.......he couldnt be bothered to look up from his computer screen or get up from his chair. I was clearly not of interest to him. Then I started looking around the store.....three employees are chatting to each other behind the sales desk........another two employees are chatting to each other by the service desk.....theres another guy at his desk in one of the side rooms with his door open and I know he saw me.....yet, not a single person ever acknowledged me or offered to help me at all. There was ONE other customer in the store.....so they were not busy AT ALL. Couldnt get ANYONE to give me the time of day. This place has absolutely PATHETIC customer service . I will not be back and I will tell my riding buddies as well. Ridiculous. ....oh yeah, and then I called back to voice my opinion on the matter and they put me on hold for five minutes before I called AGAIN and they suddenly discovered that the boss had left early. WOW, just WOW.

Horrible experience. Salesman are very pushy and unwilling to work with you on any deals. Brand new sled and not even a helmet thrown in for free! On top of that after purchased and paid for the salesman decided to reveal that the sled was previously used on the lake for a demo an had 40 miles on it two days later when I picked it up. All paper work stated brand new sled with zero miles! Should of never accepted it on pick up! Lost my business for life and also pulled my buddy out of there to buy his four wheeler elsewhere. Got a way better deal, an staff was friendly at Team Winnebagoland in Oshkosh!

The representatives treated me very respectfully when I walked through the shop. After telling them I was new to riding, they gave me tips on how to select a bike, explained the features of the bike, and allowed me to sit on them without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are new and are looking for help in finding your first bike.

I spoke with a staff member about a HID replacement bulb for my gsxr. Nobody there had even heard of an HID kit. Pretty sad. And instead of taking 5 minutes out of his day to google it, he asked me to bring in the bulb so he could see it. Kinda pathetic. I wont even buy a t-shirt there anymore. Take some pride in your work people! Thanks for reading this.

Called to ask about some of their inventory and the salesman on the phone was totally rude. He told me if i wanted to know that i should bring myself in the store and look around myself. I guess the other negative reviews are correct. They wont see my service.

Brought brand new machine back 6 times for same issues. Couldnt figure any of them out. Finally they told me they didnt know what they could do. Lol!!! Took it to a dealer in Oshkosh. Next day all issues were fixed. Hmmmmm!!!
