i have a BRP dealer 10 miles from me but because that dealer didnt want to pick up a phone to try and find me the exact boat i wanted i went else where. this dealer with make that extra effort to find the boat you want. however thats where the service stops. from day one my gauges and weedless option that i was charged an extra $600 for also didnt work. i was charged an extra $100 prep charge when i picked up the boat, i had no problem with the price of the boat or the extra $100 but i expected everything to work. when i called them that next day and i was told to crawl under the boat and make sure everything is plugged in (because i guess once the boat leaves their lot they could care less if it works or not). when i brought the boat back to have it fixed and winterized. they had no problem charging me almost $600 for the storage/maintenance (i have no problem with $ amount they charged, i also didnt haggle on the price of the boat at all, i trusted them that i was getting a fair price and i would be treated fairly in the future for service). i do however have a problem with them saying they fixed the boat and telling seadoo that they fixed the boat, however they didnt (although i have no proof of this i think they were hoping i would just take it somewhere else to get fixed because they didnt know how to). when i picked the boat up in the spring time from the summerization (they do this for free - kind of a cool thing-i understand its built into the $600 i already paid, but still kind of cool thing). i left the boat at the dealership that day and had to make another 90 min trip to them to get it later. when i talked to service about my problem not being fixed, i was told it was my fault for not telling them it wasnt working. think about this now... they took my battery out and said they fixed my boat, my boat sat in storage for the winter, i bring it back to them for the summerization thinking my service concerns were already fixed, i pick it up and it doesnt work. and its my fault that i didnt tell them that the work they said they fixed was still broken (and dont forget i already paid a prep charge saying the boat was ready for water from the purchase date). this dealer is obviously totally incompetent or corrupt, if you choose to deal with them you can make your choice. if all you care about it is the intail purchase and you will never return for service, they are ok to deal with but make sure everything works on your boat before you leave the parking lot. they made no extra effort to fix my boat from day one, it was all my fault, they made my second biggest purchase in my life a very negaitive experience. this is my 5th seadoo in 13 years and will always be brand loyal to seadoo but i will never buy anything or ever recommend this dealer to anyone. buyer beware. happy boating!

The owner, Chris Gull, set up an adaptive waterski lesson for my son, Danny with the Shawano Sharks. It was SUCH a magical day for my son. He loved the lesson, and everyone there made him feel special. It was a magical day that he (nor I) will ever forget. I also learned that day that Chris donated a jet ski to the program, so he is obviously passionate about giving back to others. I would highly recommend Prime Motorsports!

The team at R&S answered all of my questions and worked hard to find the exact jet boat I was looking for. I felt like they pulled out all the stops to make my experience a great one and they delivered exactly what they said the would. They made sure I left the store fully understanding how to operate the boat with all the new features and technology. I will recommend R&S to my family and friends!

Worst Place Ever!!! Totally ripped me off. Purchased a used jet ski that I was told ran great. Got it home and couldnt even start it after I put in the new battery that they gave me. Took it to Sportland 2 in Oakcreek and they filled me in on the TONS of problems it had. Called R&S Motor sports back and they basically told me too bad. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!!!
