Matt and the staff at Fox River are the best. I called at Christmas 2013 to get a price on some S&S mufflers. Matt was great he helped me and I told him I can not afford the cost now, but would call when I can. I called Matt August 6, 2014. He honored the price he gave me in December of 2013( wow is that great customer relations) and shipped the items the next day FREE. I will always use Fox River for my Harley upgrade parts. I bought a Brouhard seat from the folks at Fox River from an on-line site. The site provided information on fitment that was not correct. Even though it was not the fault of the folks at Fox River, Matt, stepped right up to the plate and did all that he could do to get me the right saddle for my scoot. spent 3000.00 for shovelhead short block and piston and jug set. gaskets. it was close to sturgis time,which was ok cause i was not going anyway. I still have not received the mso title which should of been in the box. called twice again today.Always staff problems brought up. I want my paperwork so I don have problems this year when I go to sturgis this year.!!! guys and girls beware hope you dont have the trouble I am.

These guys (Mike) do a fantastic job! They are up front and honest. They get your bike in and done as quickly as possible with high quality results. The price of parts (quality parts) and labor are very reasonable definitely affordable for the average working man/woman. I recommend this motorcycle shop to everyone. They will not let you down.
