Every time I deal with these guys I get a runaround, unfortunately. The last bike I bought, new, was given to me with a broken side mirror. Before I left, I brought it up and the guy came out and fumbled around with it. Assuring me it had just popped out of its plastic, I left. By the time I was home, the plastic piece had already popped out and after deeper inspection I found it was definitely broken. Most recently, I called asking about ATV tires. I was told they had a set on-hand for $300 and the guy just needed to verify with the owner that they were still available. Hed call me first thing Monday morning. Tuesday, after not receiving a call I checked in. We spoke and he said come on in and get them. I told him my rim sizes to ensure everything would go smoothly and he verified everything would work. I trailerd my atv and made the drive the next morning. When I got there, I was told the price was $350, NOT $300. Still a great deal, but not what I was quoted initially. I left my wheeler there and before I was even 2 miles away, the service guy called and said the tires wont fit on my rims. Really? Being a customer since 2001 my best advice to potential shoppers is to watch everything and get all the details. Its rare Ive shopped here and someone there either gave me incorrect information or "forgot" to give me something that was promised. Thankfully there is now a reliable Honda dealer in Sheboygan who will be getting all my business from here out. EDIT: After seeing the response form the owner, I must point out a few things. First, there was ONE phone conversation where I DID measure my rims while on the phone. I was told the tires would fit. The only other phone call was me calling in again regarding pricing when I didnt receive the call back that I was promised. (Which I was told one price only to arrive and get quoted another as stated above.) Second, to cedar creeks credit, I was informed that shortly after leaving this review they attempted to contact me. Unfortunately they left messages on an old number that I havent lived at since 2003. Not sure why all the times Ive come in since and given my cell was ever used to update the records. I called and left a message and was never called back. Now its quite a while after my initial review so I certainly do not expect them to resolve the issue with the broken plastic, but I wanted to update this review with more detail. Ive also added a star for the attempt to contact me, even though it was never successful. Cedar creek has been around a long time and if I decide to do business with them again in the future Ill be sure to rate the experience.

I needed wheels put on and front bearing, called Thursday and was told if I got there before 6pm they could do them that night before they closed at 7. I got there at 535 and after doing my paperwork they said "we will call you tomorrow when they are ready" I said I was told they could do them tonight, so he went and checked and said nobody could work on them and they will tomorrow (Friday) call me when they are ready. I couldnt come in Friday because they close early that day and said I would just come sat right when they open. I never heard from them Friday so I called before they closed and they said "yeah were just really busy and didnt get to them today, we will try tomorrow (Saturday)" Saturday they close at 3 I called at 12:15 they said they were done but I didnt need a front bearing and instead needed a rear one and they ordered it and would install it once it came in. They never called to make sure that was ok with me to wait or pay extra or anything. So I said no dont do the rear bearing Ill just come pick them up. I got there and was told they were still working on them, I had to wait another 48 minutes....i finally I got my wheels and left only to realize that I did not receive my front bearing I supplied them with and had to go back. What joke of customer service. Installed my wheels only to find out Both of them were installed improperly. called cedar Creek told them neither tires were fully seated and the manager was shocked and offered to pick up and trailer bike there, fix it and bring it back. They went up to 100 lbs and still couldnt get the shinkos to bead. They bought another set of the same shinkos, only able to get one to fully seat. So they got icr tires and they seated up, they also did my rear wheel bearing. All of this was comped and I got a gift card because he said he felt bad for how I was treated. So eventually they did right by me, Im happy with the way the mistake was rectified.

Staff need to learn how to treat a customer. Not all of them. But especially one was super rude, unpleasant, with a huge attitude. Came there to pick up the used bike. Already have sent the down payment. I was approved for the loan. Drove from Chicago with the rented trailer. And ended up going empty handed, just because of the guy named Ryan, and his manager Jake, or John, cant remember the name. I actually had to explain a guy why I wanted to lower the price for 200$. And even if they were really firm on the price, I would got it, because I really liked the bike, and basically already bought it, but I didnt want to give my money to such a rude persons. That is not how you do business, and how you treat a customer. I would not recommend them to anyone. Didnt smile even once, made me feel uncomfortable. Like he was actually mad that I had to be there, and that I am buying a bike. Was giving me mad stares while I was trying to find the right jacket with the other sales guy, who was actually really awesome and helpful. Steve from financing was super nice and helpful, and some of the guys from the sales floor too. But as I sad, these two guys made me hate the store, and made me cancel the sale, just because of their attitude. I was more happy to loose gas, toll, trailer rent money, and the bike I liked, than to do business with them. Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. And I will go to the other dealer, which will actually treat me like a human being.

Very Poor Experience and will never shop at Cedar Creek Motorsports again. People now use the internet to do a lot of their research and shopping. Cedar Creek advertises the lowest prices on a lot of their products online. When you call, they are very misleading about the other costs involved. SO BEWARE! Do your research, dont drive long distances thinking you are getting a great sale or deal. They should have an asterisk (which would be the honest way to advertise) behind the price. What isnt advertised is there is a $600+ fee to set the equipment up and another $100+ fee for paperwork. So make sure you add that into the advertised price. You will find better deals north of this place because they are located in smaller towns and have a reputation to maintain. Honesty is the best policy. Dont advertise something way lower than your competition and then "nickel and dime" people with unadvertised LARGE Fees. I have purchased many things from many different places and this is the first BAD review Ive ever written. I left this place very disgusted and felt very ripped off.
