Just wanted to say how amazing this place was. I stopped by today to checkout some touring bikes, although I just purchased a 2017 Slim in April. I wanted to get some opinions as to what to do in regards of trading in my bike for a touring bike. A gentleman by the name Andy was who helped me out. Let me tell you guys, he was amazing, not only did he gave me helpful advice in regards of upgrading to a touring bike, but he also helped me out with a bit of information on how to improve the ride quality on my Slim so that way I can keep riding it for a few more years. He went out of his way to tell me piece by piece on what I can purchase to improve it, thats not what you can say about a lot of other employees at other dealers, many of them will not go out of the way to let you know how to improve your ride but how to trade in your ride in and get you leaving on a new one. Andy this for you if you read this, thanks a lot man. My next bike I get, I will come with you. Thanks you were a great help

The Harley Shop with an Old School Personal Touch.... I love the personal attention I received from McHenry H-D. The staff is very knowledgeable from Sales to Parts to Service these guys have you covered. I work on the road and stop in a lot of Harley shops and McHenry always makes me feel at home. My newest Harley is a 2010 Street Glide that is Black and Chrome. Jason in parts helped me Chrome it out from H-D chrome wheels to the smallest chrome bolt he really knows his stuff. I was looking to do motor work but not sure what to do, so after talking to Todd in service he helped me build a plan to get the most bang for my buck, but the great part is he thinks Big Picture and with his recommendations I was able to build a Great Sounding and Performing bike without buying things twice which is what happened at the last H-D shop I worked with. If you get a chance stop by McHenry H-D and have a cup of coffee and get to know these guys you will not be disappointed……. Mark

Ive dealt with H-D dealerships across the nation during my 50 years of riding. Doing business with McHenry H-D was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences ever. They ordered the bike I wanted, had it within weeks, made my desired custom changes and stored it for the winter - (when another local dealership, which I had done a great deal of business with over the years, told me they didnt think they could even get me one, no matter how much time they had - a 2017 CVO Street Glide). Very fair price, excellent staff (they know what theyre doing and are genuinely good folks), took care of all my request, kept me informed, etc. They care about, and for, their customers. 5 star performers and one the top three dealerships Ive done business with - the others are - Black Hills H-D in Rapid City, SD and Kauai H-D in Lihue, HI. McHenry is top notch operation, give them a try, youll be glad you did.

One of the best!!! Doug the owner is exceptional. If more business owners would actual live their values and treat customers in a valued manor like Doug, the business world would be a better place. Best of all he seeks to hire and develop employees who can mirror his example. Eric in the parts department at McHenry is a prime example with his willingness to search out what you need and go above and beyond to make sure you get it. He keeps you informed on the status of your order and goes out of his way to address any questions or concerns you have. Dan is also a prime example as a mechanic he also goes above and beyond to make sure your bike repairs/additions/adjustments are completed to the highest standards while taking the time to address your concerns and questions. It is relieving to know that there still is a caring customer first business such as this.

Excellent customer service.My husband and I rode to the Volo Museum from Davis Junction and when we came out our bike had no power.We remembered seeing the dealership on our way and called them for help as we had no tools with us (that will not happen again)and they were there to rescue us in about 30 minutes.They put our bike in their trailer and even gave us a ride to the dealership so they could check out the bike.The terminals had come loose from the battery and they put them back on and tightened them and even wiped our bike down.That was awesome!The price for those services were excellent!They were truly a lifesaver for us today and big kudos to all who helped us!I would highly recommend McHenry Harley Davidson to all our biker buddies out there without a doubt.Thanks so much for all your help today

Customer Service the way it used to be! Brought my 09 Street Glide in to service with a severe oil leak I thought would be a leave the bike, well call you with an estimate. Brian looked at the bike and asked if I had a few minutes. 15 minutes later the bike was out front, oil leak repaired. I asked what I owed and heard something you dont hear often these days, nothing. I manage an auto repair facility myself, and would never expect N/C, but it was certainly refreshing to hear, and made me feel the business I do give them is appreciated. Have I considered bike shops other than the dealer that might possibly be a little less expensive, sure. Will I ever consider again, absolutely not! Thanks again Brian!

Ive bought and serviced with McHenry/Woodstock Harley since 1999 and theres a reason. Its trust. I called them last week for new tires. I was quoted a price over the phone and offered a $50.00 discount coupon for each tire without even asking. They picked up my bike in an enclosed trailer and brought it back to me when it was done. They even offered free storage for the rest of the winter because of my service. Every visit is a great one. I wont go anywhere else. Thanks Jason, Gary and Keith.

These guys are the best ! I bought a new bike at another dealer and have had the worst experience from sales to service .I had my new bike in for service on a Friday and by Monday was having the same problem. Stopped in at Mchenery to ask them to listen to the bike and see what I should do .I was treated like I was a VIP customer !!!!! And they had my bike fixed in 2 hours .Service people were so nice !!!! If you go anywhere where else your going to the wrong place

They have a great group of staff that when spending a chunk of change for a motorcycle makes you feel good about any purchase you decide to make. Even if you are kind of on the fence about buying a Harley or just looking for a first bike they sometimes have trade-ins that are sold very reasonable. Definitely will be doing my business with them and its worth the piece of mind of working with a reputable dealership.

I broke down about 15 miles south of the dealership on Sunday just at closing. They sent a truck/trailer to pick me up, waited for me at the shop to get all my information, offered me water-treated me with respect and assured me they could fix my bike quickly. I am grateful for their services when I could have been very stranded. Thank you!
