I have never dealt with their sales department, but I definitely recommend this place for your motorcycle service. I needed the 6K mile service performed on my bike and went to BMW of Countryside where I purchased my bike and was told it was gonna be $415. I thought it was a bit steep so I called BMW of Barrington and boy am I glad I did. They quoted me for the same service $325. I dropped of the bike there the following week and it was ready for pick up the following day. Now here is the icing on the cake, when I picked up the bike, my bill was $293. I couldnt belive that they charged me less then their actual quote. Since then, I have taken my bike to them only, and have recommended them to all my biker friends. Update: Just purchased my new K bike from Jim, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received from him. He got me a great deal on the bike and was very easy to work with. They really have a family atmosphere there. Thanks guys!

My recent experience with the service department was the worst experience I ever had with a dealer. My bike fell victim to substandard work that resulted in being lied to, insulted and having 4 weeks of riding time placed on hold due to their incompetence and inability to perform a simple repair. I was forced to repair my bike on my own after giving the service dept. 4 weeks to fix it, which they promised to do at their expense but didnt. The lie came when I was informed that the alternator was diagnosed as being bad. There was nor is anything wrong with the alternator. The extra scratches on the bike were the icing on the cake along with the bolts to the jpegs being left loose. I have no issues with the sales dept as I have no history with them. I continue to praise the courteous and professional way Dan in parts always treats me and my friends. Dan should run the Service Dept!

Jason stood behind his work, when in doubt the customer comes first. Yeah you hear that talked about in business articles, it is refreshing to experience it 1st hand. While this was my first experience with Cycle Werks of Barrington it wont be my last. In fact anyone I know who rides BMW machines will hear from me how great the service is. Now about that service, the bike has not run better, it shifts smoother, accelerates better all around it feels new. Thanks to Dan in the Parts Department too, knowledgeable and friendly. For those of us that have been around a while its like the "old time" shops, with the experts and the straight talk. The showroom has lots of great new toys that beckon you to swap your ride for something new. Clean and well done. Make it your BMW store, its mine now. I am on bike #45 and always looking for #46, 47 etc.

Best dealership around hands down! The sales guys helped me figure out what bike suited me best when I was looking to add to the fleet. Jesse, the service manager, makes you feel like youre family when your bike is getting worked on. All the techs have worked on my bike. From oil and tire changes to custom lighting to engine rebuilds to restorations, these guys know what theyre doing. Dan in parts is amazing. Ive never met someone at any dealership who has so much knowledge of both new and old bikes. This place is top notch for anything you need! Parts, apparel, service, sales, customization, detailing, storage, pickup/delivery, you name it, theyll take care of you. The place is so unique and looks great since the remodel too! Been going to them since 1979. Came up 1300 miles from Florida this weekend thinking I might get some new tyres since I had 8-9000 miles on my mitzlers and a serious case of scalloping going on. Well, got in fox river grove Saturday and picked up a screw in the rear tyre on Sunday. Made a call to one of the guys Sunday night and by noon on Monday they came up and picked it up. By Tuesday at noon Im on my way. This isnt the first and Im sure wont be the last time they come to my rescue. Thank you Jim, Jesse, Scott and the rest. Oh ya. Lee the owner took my call Monday morning.

I am a Michigan BMW lover and not to long ago I was in the Northern Illinois area and visited your shop and I must say I was very impressed, the service department was one of the cleanest I have been in and the staff was great. Jason and Don were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I threw at them, Don explained to me a few different options I had with lighting on my bike, I was very impressed. Great shop. Owners Lee and Jim are good to work with. Have bought 3 bikes from them since they took over. Dan in parts is the best more like a friend than a guy behind the counter. Annual services on bikes done on time and with quoted price. No surprises.
