Where to start? . . .Ive been going to Lake Shore Harley on and off for the past 8 years. Things sure have changed . . . . . for the BETTER!!! They really make you feel like family. Every one of the staff who I had the pleasure of speaking with made my visit at Lake Shore the best it has been in a long time. My family and I just recently made a visit over there and they made us feel welcome and comfortable in what can be an overwhelming place. Barb was the first friendly face that I met. She even offered a plush Harley toy for my fussy 2 year old son to play with to comfort him. The amazing Sales team of : Zach, Faizan, Jim, and Helene provided me so much helpful information and guidance to the perfect bike for me with NO pressure to buy. Charmaine who is the fantastic financial-guru that was able to make it all happen. Nick and Jeff in the Parts department who was so patient and helpful in guiding me to the right exhaust and air cleaner set up for the performance that I want. Kevin, Josh, and Kory in the Service department who is so helpful and flexible fitting my bike in and I was even able to witness these former mechanics troubleshoot with a customer that was visiting and watched them get him back on the road faster than it was for the customer to explain the issue. The Masterful-mechanics: Derek, Dan, Charles, and Aaron who are so knowledgeable and patient with explaining all the intricacies about Harleys to a person with so many questions. The guys that keep the beautiful works of art clean and well kept: Mike, Steve, Brian, and Alejandro. Shawna and her wonderful motor clothes staff that was so helpful in fitting me with rain gear and my better half with a helmet. Jordan and Yogi who are the guys behind the scenes that was just as friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. It was so refreshing to come to an establishment like this one and be so at ease and comfortable.With the new friendly and welcoming atmosphere, there is no reason for me to go to any other dealership except when Im out traveling . . . Well done Lake Shore, well done!!!

Couldnt have asked for a better purchasing experience! Just bought a 2017 Road Glide Special this past weekend! Our sales lady Helene was awesome she took her time with my husband (who hasnt ridden in 2 years since he went down on his previous bike) made sure he was ready and test rode with him, explained everything to him-since this was his first experience with HD! He was so relaxed and had so much fun it was as if the past never happened, seeing his face light up literally ALL weekend knowing he was/did purchase another bike is something I cant put a price on. He is just in love with his new HD. Everyone one who helped us in EVERY department was so great and laid back, easy going (which is how we are most of the one) and absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy anything; that was the main thing that we agreed made us seal the deal with no regrets. Even purchased a new exhaust from the parts dept. let me tell you they know their stuff at Lakeshore; for my hubby who is new to HD (and was a bit unsure of how some things worked etc) nick in parts and kory in service were amazing at taking their time and making everything easy to understand for my hubby, we both greatly appreciate that, we are both so excited to learn as we go and enjoy our new ride! I havent seen him so crazy excited in a long time, we pick up the bike this coming Saturday and cant wait! We love that we were made to feel like family and although neither of us like to be the center of attention the bell ring experience was a lot of fun, hubby mentioned on the way home that he didnt expect such a positive, crazy and fun event! Would recommend LSHD to anyone looking for a new or used bike! Nice to find a place where you are made to feel like you matter and are appreciated for doing business with them, they have a great crew running that place, dont find that often!

I went in to look at a new road glide, I was greeted immediately with a smile (I did not feel as if I was shark bait about to be pulled in each direction by starving bottom feeders.) after a excellent, knowledgeable consultation with my salesperson Brennen, he introduced me to Jeff in parts who I told I would like to accessorize my potential new purchase. Jeff took the extra time to look up all of my wants after all a Harley is what you make of it. I never felt pressure from any staff member. The staff did ask and reminded me I was free to ride whatever motorcycle I wanted to and as many as I deemed to see fit until I found something I liked. I did take advantage of the offer I tried a couple.I was then introduced to the general Manager Zack, store manager Brian and a guy named (forgive if i butch the spelling) Faizon. The personalities in this store is Awesome what a change! NEVER was I bombarded with a hurry up and buy or any up-selling tactics. I was even offered a great trade in value for my trade. When I met the Finance man Preston in the business office (this is the part where your hands get clammy and start to worry like your about to battle it out and then.... This was NOT like that, thorough explanation of V.I.P services, extended contracts etc. made sure I understood all aspects of the deal and then I threw in a curve ball bottom of the 9th bases loaded.... I changed my mind on the road glide. I wanted a ultra limited instead.. Their response was give us 5 minutes to make sure that bike was washed, fueled up and ready to ride.without a hiccup Lakeshore Harley Davidson accommodated me and the team EARNED a new customer! Thank you! P.S. if you purchase your Harley here i guarantee the "bell" is nothing like your past experiences....

Awesome Customer Service I walked into Lake Shore Harley Davidson expecting to be treated like any other dealer with pressure tactics and rude staff, I did not receive either. Faizan was a true professional. He treated me like a friend more than a customer. He was pleasant, answered any question I had and most important of all he did not shadow or pressure me as I walked the floor. As i walked through the showroom floor every employee greeted me with smile and a hello, which goes along way these days. I did find a bike that I wanted to go with but decided to wait until next year. Because of that decision I received a call from Brian the sales manager. Usually when you get a call from the Sales Manager you would expect them to pressure you into buying but that was not the case here. Instead Brian wanted to know if they did anything wrong on their end for me to change my mind. His main goal was to confirm that I was treated with respect and did not feel pressured to purchase a bike. Dont get me wrong I know he would have liked for me to gotten the bike but he understood and ACCEPTED my decision. His main concern after the decision was the customer service that was given to myself. I also dealt with Preston in finance. Preston was upfront and honest with the all of my financing questions. Even though I did not buy a bike I WILL be back when I am ready in February. I have over 20 years of customer service experience and have NEVER dealt with a dealership that was honest, respectful, courteous, helpful...I think you get the gist of it, until I walked into Lake Shore Harley.
