I received flowers on a Monday evening from Veroniques. By that Friday morning over half my arrangement was dead. Roses that never opened were completely brown and withered. Greenery was falling apart without being touched. So I called to explain what was happening, knowing that this can happen sometimes. I was told a replacement would be sent the next day (Saturday). I explained that I had plans and would have to leave by 11am. I was told that wouldnt be a problem since deliveries start at 9:30 am. At 11:40 am I received a message from Veronica telling me to call them to schedule a time to have my flowers delivered??? I thought we had covered that the day before. So, we scheduled for Monday afternoon. When I got home that night I realized my replacement was nothing like the original. It was not only a totally different arrangement, but a completely different color scheme all together. This time it didnt seem as dried out as the first one but still, no roses, or anything else in that was in the original. I didnt know my "replacement" would be a MUCH cheaper arrangement. I called the person who ordered them for me so they could have their money refunded. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentines Day. They did not arrive. I called the number they gave and left a message. No one called back. Called the next day was promised my daughter would receive flowers and a credit would be issued. A week later no flowers and no credit issued. Called again. . . rude telephone conversation and another promise for tomorrow to issue the credit. Never again!! This is the first time I have written a negative review on Google, ever!!!!

Called from another state to have flowers delivered on a weekend that many online flower places coudnt deliver. I called and spoke with Veronica, gave her exact details of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. My arrangement was sent and delivered in less than 2 hours, and it looked fabulous. Thank you!!
