This was my first time using Flowers Unlimited and will be my last. I found them online and decided to use them since they are local. I purchased two overpriced arrangements on Saturday to arrive on Sunday for Mothers Day totaling over $130. Sunday came and no delivery. I received a call informing me my payment was declined even though the payment did go through and was pending on my account. So I went to the flower shop to fix the problem and they told me the flowers would not be delivered. They were very rude and would not refund me my money. I then went to my bank Monday to stop the pending payment and received a dispute form to stop the payments since they never delivered and claimed that my payment was declined. They refused to sign the forms. They would not talk to my banker. They said its not their problem since we ordered online and not at the location. It was overall a bad service from start to finish. They did not take responsibility for the situation and were unwilling to work with me on fixing the problem or refunding my money which they claimed to never have received. I would not recommend this place at all.

My Birthday was yesterday, my mother them the previous day to have them delivered to my job downtown. I was completely unaware of the flower delivery until the driver called me. Upon answering the phone the driver began to say she was still out south and she was on my way to my job.. Well thank you for ruining the surprise. I told her that was fine and that I get off work at 4:30, at the time of the call it was 3:45. I understood that they were EXTREMELY behind on the delivery for the day so when she ask could she deliver to my house I said sure. I then get a call at 5:35 to be precise again from the driver stating that she was still out south. This company may have been in businesses for 25 years their customer service skill are not great. I do not suggest anyone goes here.... Im suppose to get my package today which is a day late and dollar short.. My mother should have refunded but they care more about ripping people off then making sure they have memories.....

My experience was very horrible here, I am a mother first and formost. The event was my birthday and Mothers Day as well I was to receive a banquet of flowers for both occasions I didnt receive anything. I call back time and time again they send me in a number of circles for my delivery. So I finally ask for a refund and I have the bank statement to prove it and they wouldnt refund me my money back. I will be calling the Better Buisness Bureau on this flower shop, because they are extremely unprofessional when it comes time and service and also not doing right by the customer. I rate this shop with zero stars. I will never shop with them very unprofessional.

My boyfriend had flowers sent to me and chose to add the additional teddybear the flowers arrived but teddy didnt arrive, he emailed you about them and a week later no response I called the cs line and they said somebody from the store would get back to me the next day, another week later I tried calling again wasted my time and no solution. Please can somebody make contact to refund or fix this. If we cannot reach you by email or call my only option is to post a review..? This is exhausting I feel really bad that he paid so much for sad looking flowers and no teddy.

Flowers Unlimited has two locations to shop from and this one in Chicago was the first one and the owner has been business for over 25 years now and let say he knows his business. The selection that they put together will blow your mind Ive worked on their Cooling systems for about two year now and every time I go their I just cant believe my eyes on how they can take flowers and make Beautiful Flowers selections, but if you are in Chicago and need flowers then I would say stop in and see them for your self. I give Flowers Unlimited 10 Stars. StilTechCo LLC.

I ordered a corsage for my mother with 2 yellow flowers, yellow ribbon and yellow babys breath. What i got was white flowers yellow ribbon and white babys breath. The flowers were not all that. I just wish they would have called to let me know they didnt have the flowers i asked for instead of giving me whatever they wanted me to have. i would have taken any two yellow flowers instead. I loved the woman who took my order whuch was placed two weeks in advance.

Im really surprised to hear some of these negative reviews. Ive been shopping with flowers unlimited for a few years now, and my wife has loved every arrangement that Ive ever gotten her. Theyve always delivered on time, and theyve always been very pleasant, despite how busy it usually is. Some may say I was just lucky, but I think Im fortunate to have a local floral service that I can count on. Sorry for everyone elses experience.

This is a horrible place to order flowers from and as well as to Oder them online. IN STORE: employees are very rude and not helpful. ONLINE: is not trustful I ordered flowers as well as another friend, and flowers were never delivered but, Ofcourse the transaction Went through, but no flowers were delivered. I dont know how this place is still in service ? Never again ordering from here , spread the word pals.

I ordered Tender Sentiments Lily Spray (Standard.) I even called the designer before ordering because I was really concerned. Ive ordered flowers online in the past that didnt measure up at all once I got to the event, but this spray exceeded my expectations for the price. They were beautiful, substantial and really made a statement; so I had to write a review to say thank you to florist and the designer.

one of my relative recently bought a flower arrangement from this store the flowers. Never arrived then tried claming that her card was declined but the money was already taken away from her account and -they were totally rude and honestly didnt show any care in the world to help figure out what was going on wouldnt recommend this place at all bad customer service , and most of all their scammers.

The plant did arrive about 15 mins late but in time for the funeral service. I had to call to change the address and the driver was able to locate the church for wh ich i was grateful. The plant was very nice but did not contain fresh flowers mixed in that I was expecting, also the height of the plant was not described but all in all i was satisfied.
