Ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mothers Day. Since I do not live in the area, I had to use the internet to find a florist. The flowers were delivered to the back door and there was no notification given (no knock or doorbell). Luckily, my mother-in-law had to throw out the trash otherwise she would not have found them. I will never order from Rhodes again because of their terrible service. Also, when I tried to contact them, my email could not be delivered.

from Florist to Florist this was the only flower shop that was willing to help me in a time of need. I want to take the time & say THANK YOU... THANK YOU... we had a veteran customer that didnt have a high budget and we wanted to help him. Every florist in this area except Rhodes Florist refused to work with this veterans budget. Kay was amazing to work with! Her customer service was top notch!

Went in at closing with less than 24hrs before the funeral. My order was done and the gentleman that helped me and my mom was GREAT! We were so pleased with our order. CUSTOMER SERVICE was A1. I will recommend them to everyone!

I order the flowers online 2 days before Valentines and I got them on the 14 but at 10:30 at night. I paid100 for the premium package but they look like the standard package that cost 40. Item is not As described.
