***Terrible customer service, terrible staff.*** UPDATE: theyve told me 3 times that they would deliver a complimentary order, and that NEVER happened. At one point on the last delivery attempt, before I got off the phone the lady asked "okay what time did you want that delivered again?," when our ENTIRE conversation was coordinating the order and providing those details.The manager Tisha and her staff are completely incompetent. Im sure the staffs family and friends posted the high ratings because theres no way their services deserve more than 1 star. Funny how this place is under new management - Im sure it will be under new management again based on their current performance. ****************************** When you get the option to pick a location to deliver from, dont choose this Calumet Park location. They delivered my ordered incorrect and without a card or anything so the recipient had no idea who it was from. Then the manager/owner called back and said theyll send a complimentary order, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Even after talking with 3 staff members at this location, the "complimentary" order after they messed up still wasnt delivered. This is the worst experience with an Edible Arrangements Ive ever had after using this service for years. Ill simply go with flowers if I ever want to deliver on the South Side of Chicago.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Tanesha or whatever her name is is a complete LIAR and sucks at customer service! I placed an order on Wed 1st at 817pm via website. I received a confirmation email for delivery on Friday 2/3. I wait in all day and call the store to find out about delivery(estimate time) and she states " oh we have had a lot of credit card fraud, didnt make your order cause its over $100 and what do you want me to do about it, I can return your money" she stated you should have received a call from a 708 or 312 number" if I had received a call would I be calling you!!!! She states well what do you want me to do and I said return my money which I might add will take 3-5 business days to get back! I call customer care tell them whats going on and she says can I place you on hold and Ill call the store... I wait and agent comes back and states" I just spoke to taneish( websit states shes the manager) and she said she spoke to me on wed and told me I had to take my ID in to prove I placed order. Oh really.... I placed order online at 817pm and the store closes at 7pm, so how did you speak to me! Customer care state franchise owner needs to call me within 48 hrs because of my complaint and if they dont corporate will get involved. Other reviews suck for this location do not order from there!!

I had the worst over the phone customer experience with this location. I placed a Mothers Day order online to another state, and tried to follow up with them on the status of delivery. 3 times I was placed on hold for 15 minutes each. The other 7 times I called either they picked up and hung up, or no one picked up at all. Then I tried again (after about 45 minutes of calling and waiting) and the automatic "this mailbox is full," message came on. Wow. $85, and this is the type of service you get. I understand its Mothers Day, but this store should be able to handle holidays-thats how they make their money. They should be more prepared. It sucks, because the other locations claim that there is no General Manager to contact. Horrible service.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I ordered my husband fathers day gift form this location a week in advance so that it would arrive on fathers day. Not only did he not get it, the driver handed it to someone on the street maybe in front of the house WOW, then she lied and says the person came out the house. Also the replacement arrangement looks like my 10 year old made it

Hey just had a great experience with this location of edible arrangement. I went in and was greated and treated professional and was given some options to what I was looking for. Walked out a happy customer and will recommend this location to family and friends. Guess what? Its under new managment!!!!!

I wish I could give them a negative star. Worst customer service. Worst place in general. Its 6:42 pm and doors are closed. Store hours sign says 7:00 p.m. Employees are rude as well. Will never order from this location ever!
