Since moving to Chicago I have longed for my old florist. Her beautiful and unique arrangements were the only ones that my boyfriend could never go wrong with. This longing came to an end when I saw the stunning arrangements done by Dilly Lily. My first sighting of a Dilly Lily arrangement was when I saw a delivery being made to Blackbird Restaurant. It was the largest ball of daisies you have ever seen. It was so magnificent that I couldnt believe it was real. Dilly Lily is my new go-to florist in Chicago and the best part is they use WeDeliver, an on-demand delivery platform, to get flowers to customers at a time that is most convenient for them.

I have a had a chance to do business with Dilly Lily multiple times. These guys are top notch. Beautiful arrangements are complimented by excellent service. The staff and the owner are very friendly and approachable and provide great recommendations for any occasions. The staff has very good aesthetic sense and create truly wonderful designs for their customers. This place is worth its weight in gold. Overall an enjoyable experience and great customer service. Im a fan.

The flowers are expensive. Weve purchased from here once and they were all dead within 48 hours. In addition the staff/management is not very mature. We own a unit in the building next store and rather than handling petty squabbles like mature adults they do things like pile trash in front of our door when a new renter accidentally uses the incorrect dumpster. Wouldnt buy from here ever - wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Patronize a better institution.

Dilly Lily truly prepares some of the most beautiful arrangements within the Chicagoland area. Ive given my wife, mother, and even co-workers flowers and they are always speechless. I will say and I dont know how they do it but every time Ive ordered flowers they seem to last forever. Its visibly apparent that their team places a lot of care into building the arrangements and that is what I love about them.
