3.) After we put in an order for an arrangement we called back to add to the order. An employee who answered the phone asks for our personal information. We gave it. However he said we were not in the system. This is what we were told after waiting on the line for 12 minutes. Can you imagine??? However they charged our ‘charge card’ the day before. Figure that one out. About five hours they found our order - but only because we were persistent – believe me (N.Y persistent). We were told that we did not put an order in with them and that we must have called another local florist (yeah we wish that were the case). Guy Vogel

Just Purchased a throw with flowers for my husbands uncles funeral and its awful! And they also left the card off. Wont be back! Flowers are cheap looking , I could have done a better job.
