They fulfill orders for Teleflora and were really snippy with the customer service agent that wanted to find out what happened with my order the day before. If this is how they treat the hands sending them orders to make money, theres no hope for those in the community. The order didnt even look like the picture or a reasonable attempt, no card although a card was requested, no babys breath or greenery, no wrapping, no floral fresh or preservative, and this was supposed to be a deluxe bouquet. You can do better getting two dozen roses from Costco. Its unfortunate because I like to keep the money in the community when I can. I hope they improve their customer service and order fulfillment process.
