This is a GREAT business with amazing flowers and a great way of presenting them. Heres a true story: On Valentines Day I took a late flight from Denver to Chicago and needed to get my girlfriend flowers. I called ahead before boarding my flight and said I would arrive late past their closing time to pick them up, but told the man what I was looking for. He said it would not be a big deal and that he would stay open until I got there. Which he did! The next time I called to order flowers, he remembered me and what I was looking for. Ill never order from any other florist in Chicago. Oh - she loved the flowers. That was nice, too!

I dont think I could possibly speak more highly of a store than this place. As soon as I walked in, the owner approached me to see what I needed. I said I wanted to get my first bonsai tree. He spent a good 20min teaching me how to care for them, told me I could come back when I was ready to trim and he would teach me, and said I could come back in 2 years for help with re-potting. He also encouraged me to call if I ever had any questions or feel free to bring in the plant if I ever need help. He and his wife were so wonderfully nice! I would absolutely come back here in the future!

Usually when a shop owner approaches you as soon as you walk in the door, you feel like youre being pressured or surveilled. Not the case here! I told Mr. Kim I was looking for my first Bonsai and he helped me to pick out one that was nontoxic for my cats (I didnt even bring it up) and suitable for a beginner like me. He then took 15 minutes after I was already a sure sell to go over all the basic care techniques and an open invitation to come back in if I had any questions about trimming etc. This is clearly a man who knows his stuff and truly cares about the art.

Ive never been to this flower shop in person, but I ordered flowers for a friend through them - Im glad I trusted their judgment! The flowers were gorgeous - and they even delivered them to her personally. If you need flowers delivered in Chicago, dont go with a chain store!!!

I often come here to pick up gifts for my real estate clients, they love them! I typically buy bonsia trees but they have other beautiful plants available. There a little costly but the owners are very knowledgeable and give written care instructions.
