Two weeks ago as of today I bought my girlfriend flowers. She loves purple and other bold colors so I figured that European Terrace™ would be a great arrangement for her. I chose The Clay Pot because I love privately owned locations and it was near her work. The reason I dislike it is not because of their product, but their service. When I called to ask if it was possible to change my order to another arrangement, I was told over the phone that the majority of the flowers in the arrangements I was looking into were not in stock. I figured it was alright because I was assured that they had other equally gorgeous colors. Needless to say I was not pleased. The European Terrace™ made a statement with its combination of tall and short flowers, contrasting colors and its almost spherical shape. What was received, however, did not seem like an adequate substitution. It was all sorts of greens with three tall stalks of what I think is lavender, and three sad red tulips. I wanted to make a statement with what I was sending her, and although it was well received, it did not meet expectations at all. I emailed them that same afternoon to address my very same concerns and as of 4/17 I have yet to receive a reply. For lack of customer service, this why I only give them 2 stars.

I went to their website and picked out a nice arrangement. When I called the company to place an order they said the prices on the website are old and the price is higher now. I said then you should change your price on the website so it is accurate, but for now you should honor what you are advertising. She told me she could give me the website price but there would be less flowers. So in reality you are not honoring what you are advertising, same internet price but less flowers? Thats not what the listing on your website is saying. The woman there couldnt of cared less, so dont buy flowers from this place, its a waste of your time.

The Clay Pot gets five stars for not only creating a beautiful arrangement of flowers, but for delivering said arrangement before 10:00 a.m. the next day!!! The order was placed very late in the day on Tuesday and the ease of the order and the result (highly appreciated by the recipient!) was excellent, first-class, etc., etc., etc.! Thank you to all of the Clay Pot staff who helped make this happen!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The amount I paid in no way matched what the recipient received- I am so embarrassed. Staff was very rude- not even a simple apology was given when I politely expressed my concern. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews on Yelp before ordering from here. Youre better off going to a grocery store.

I never had such a great time at a flower shop. Not only were the employees very knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humor. Never laughed so hard while buying flowers. Also, the arrangement was beautiful and lasted for over a week. Definitely a must if in the need of flowers and a laugh.

Flowers from The Clay Pot were were delivered to me on a Thursday afternoon. Only 4 days later all the flowers were dead. I also noticed mold growing on the stems. I didnt mention this to the sender as they were a gracious gift but Im posting this to warn others to spend your money elsewhere.
