Excellent Customer Service. I was going to order from the website but I had several questions so I called the shop directly. I spoke with the nicest lady who really helped me with my order. I am in Texas and was ordering an arrangement for a funeral in Chicago Heights and I had a lot of questions. I had a price point and arrangement in mind in mind and she helped me pick just what I wanted to fit my price range. And then they were kind enough to hand write the card to include all 10 names of those contributing . Some places dont allow for that many names on a card but you want your loved ones to know are thinking of them so this was important to me. Great old fashioned personable service!

Will certainly use this florist again! They did a fantastic job creating an arrangement for my mother-in-laws birthday and at the last minute nonetheless (I had forgotten to order the flowers in advance)! She loved them and they lasted quite awhile too.
