Great service especially from the guy who works in the parts department. I think his name is Will or something similar. Giving only 4 stars for two reasons. First is because i had to call to remind them of the kart I dropped of. Got it back after 2 weeks and Second was because the cashier doesnt know much or choose to not know much when dealing with me. She speaks perfect English but wouldnt have made a differ if she spoke a different language or if I was paying trough a kiosk. Ive been here more than a couple of times but my experience with her was always the same.

Bought a 4 wheeler from them on 11/27/15, it sat in our shed till Christmas morning. When we opened the shed Christmas morning, we could see that the seat had been cut. Probable when opened to be put together & now showing from the moisture that got to the seat. They did replace the seat.I dont think they wanted to.Dont buy from this place, if you expect them to replace anything. Because they wont.They may fix stuff but wont replace or refund !!
